A fantastic experience. Simple but SPECIAL. You can feel the quality in the background music. Great tasteful music...like the good retro taste, right, of the furniture. The dishes? What can I say...excellent raw materials. Period. I live in Bologna, but I will definitely return and it goes without saying that this place is highly recommended.

As a woman I did not appreciate receiving a menu without prices, a gesture that imposes a concept of a woman far from our times, that is, a woman not financially independent or capable of paying for a dinner. I invite you to reflect on this topic. That said, the environment is very pleasant (traditional and well-kept), while we found the prices high compared to the quality/quantity of the food. Friendly staff.

Sono stato diverse volte in questa trattoria piuttosto gradevole con ambienti non eccessivamente rumorosi , arredati con un discreto gusto (di casa di campagna). Il cibo è preparato bene , gli ingredienti di buona qualità cucinati bene ; qualche ricarico risulta un po' eccessivo sulle bottiglie di vino il menu di plastica a foglio unico è francamente poco adatto all'ambiente , dove per un pranzo/cena completa si spende 50 60 € (nota negativa: il conto viene presentato su un foglietto illegibile con un totale unico che alla fine quadra ...più o meno con l'idea di spesa che uno si fa, ma impossible controllare) Cmq tutto andrebbe bene se non fosse che il titolare insiste nel suo modo di fare disinvolto ritenendo di essere molto simpatico ... con il passare del tempo ho trovato che sconfina sempre più nell' inopportuno, irriverente verso il cliente, ripetendosi in battute che sono poco gradevoli (almeno, se non decisamente sgradevoli) ... un peccato, un delitto appunto, perché tutto sommato il rapporto qualità quantità prezzo è buono; non penso tornerò perché il feeling con l'oste ha la sua importanza.

Frequento questa trattoria da almeno 20 anni e non delude mai, anzi... Ieri sera in 4: tre piatti a testa e una bottiglia di vino, spesi 200 euro. Tutto molto buono, mio piatto preferito penne all'astice. Il proprietario, anima del locale, ti coccola per tutta la serata con il suo fare scanzonato. Digestivi e ulteriore coccola di formaggio, accompagnata da un sorso di rosso, la chicca della serata.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE, crazy waitress at Vago, shame there was only one fillet instead of two, we thank the chef and all the staff.
