An excellent restaurant offering cuisine that perfectly reflects the local area. The truffle dishes are simply divine. The very friendly owner is able to advise you on the selection of dishes, and the house red wine is also good. The dining room staff is very friendly and helpful.

As always we had an excellent dinner! Thank you Irena for the wonderful meal and Marco for the delicious truffle. Our go to restaurant when in Calzolaro. Definitely worth the drive when you’re visiting anywhere between Perugia and Sansepolcro.

The location is really neat and welcoming. The staff was kind, helpful and also very friendly, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. We ate very well: the appetizers with truffles, eggs and crostini were very good, as were the tagliatelle and ravioli, both with a truffle of the day. An excellent experience, highly recommended for those who love truffles. The house wine was also good! The price was adequate for the service.

A small, traditional local restaurant with truly delicious food. The service was super friendly and attentive. What was particularly nice was that it was very child-friendly – ​​we felt completely at home. Highly recommended!

Tuvimos una cena maravillosa en Volpelli. La comida era fabulosa y los propietarios eran muy amables. Prueba el aperitivo de crostini caliente y las vieiras de ternera, ambos eran excelentes. Gran carta de vinos! No puedo esperar a volver

28/06/2025: Very good lunch, very polite and helpful staff. It was a real pleasure Delightful location, from the terrace you can see a beautiful panorama. Right prices.
28/06/2025: Very nice place, kind and pleasant service, beautiful table setting, strong point also the lake view outside on the terrace. The food however is not up to par, pasta with clams tasteless and soupy on the bottom. The tentacle with nduja and mashed potatoes is a very good pairing, but it must be left whole and grilled, because in slices it seems to have come out of a defrosted vacuum. Very limited choice of wines by the glass (one if not 2 choices after request) There is potential but the preparations need to be reviewed and corrected
