Trattoria Da Tullio In Vicenza

Nel panorama delle trattorie o ristoranti vicentini è ormai raro trovare un posto dove si mangia bene a prezzi ragionevoli. Da Tullio, storica trattoria di Vicenza, il menù è quello della tradizione ma con tocchi di interessante modernità. Dopo tre cene qui posso dire che tutto quello che ho mangiato è davvero ben fatto, con ingredienti freschi e preparato in modo appetitoso e mai banale Le fettuccine ai funghi, siano trombette o finferli, sono davvero ben fatte e gustose e non annegate nel burro come quasi dappertutto. Il rotolo di faraona, le quaglie ripiene di pasta di salame o lo spezzatino di bufalo sono davvero di qualità, saporiti e ben equilibrati con i sapori. Tutti piatti ben riusciti. Buoni anche i contorni, patate al forno comprese che spesso altrove sono un disastro. Porzioni normali e prezzo tra i 30 e i 40 € per un pasto di due portate compresi acqua e vino. Amari e liquori sempre offerti. Il locale è un po' rumoroso all'interno d'inverno ma d'estate c'è anche un bel giardino esterno Sempre pieno ovviamente, prenotate. Bravissimi.👍

In a familiar, welcoming and cheerful environment, we were welcomed with great kindness by all the staff. The highlight? A simply perfect bacalà alla vicentina: tasty, creamy, cooked according to tradition, one of the best I have ever tasted. The cuisine reflects the heart of Venetian tradition, with genuine ingredients and a lot of love. I highly recommend to anyone passing through Vicenza: stop by Tulio, you will feel at home and you will eat very well!

A pleasant discovery, too bad... During a trip out of town, searching the internet for an informal place to have lunch, we came across Trattoria da Tullio. From the outside it almost looks like a private home, but as soon as you enter the garden to park, the view opens onto a beautiful pergola, with many well-set tables. Simple but well-kept atmosphere. We hadn't booked (it was Sunday lunch!), so they offered us a table inside. We gladly accepted: there are three large open windows that guarantee excellent ventilation and it's great. The menu is very varied, perhaps even too much for my taste, because too much choice is often not synonymous with quality... But I immediately changed my mind: the dishes I saw arriving at the other tables were truly inviting! The prices surprised me, in a positive way: really honest. I had an appetizer and a first course, my husband a first course and a second course, with water, ½ liter of house wine and two coffees: €46.00 total! A rare amount these days. The tagliatelle were exceptional, homemade and with a rich and tasty sauce. I am convinced that the rest of the menu is also up to par, from what I saw passing by at the nearby tables. The only sore point: the toilets, although clean, are all with squat toilets, therefore inaccessible to those with mobility difficulties or simply unable to use them. A real shame, because a small renovation would be enough to make the place perfect from that point of view too.

Friendly staff, quiet environment. The dishes are good and the portions are right. We had an appetizer and a first course. The dishes arrived quickly.

Reunion 5E Fusinieri Ritorno sempre con piacere in questa trattoria , ho tracorso una serata tra "vecchi compagni di scuola" riuscitissima grazie anche alla location all'aperto, il mangiare tutto molto buono e di ottima qualità , personale molto cordiale e gentile , da ritornarci sicuramente .

Very fast service, courteous and kind staff, restaurant that reflects the Venetian tradition, excellent food, fresh pasta and above all excellent quality meat, what can I say? It's like being at home, compliments to the management, reasonable price.
