Remember, this is a classic trattoria with no exceptional chef, nothing to envy modern chefs. True home cooking; the food was not only delicious, but also fragrant. The homemade cakes were excellent. Excellent value for money.

Sbrana is a guarantee! Typical Maremma food, homemade and well-cooked. From simple crostini to snails to Florentine steak. We ate well and will return. Fabio, the manager, takes care of his customers, and the girls in the dining room provide good service. A rustic, unpretentious trattoria that leaves both the palate and the wallet satisfied.

Despite being a fairly large group (12), the service was quick and very professional, furthermore the dishes were all plentiful and really tasty, and the staff were very kind.

Abbiamo organizzato un pranzo per il giorno clou del nostro Raduno Nazionale motociclistico, ed è andato tutto per il meglio grazie alla professionalità della struttura e dello Chef....... speriamo di poter replicare la cosa in un prossimo futuro..... grazie

09/08/2025: Excellent value for money. A typical, non-touristy Italian restaurant. Highly recommended for families or couples, and even for pizza orders!
30/07/2025: We stopped here shortly after arriving at the nearby villa and were treated to a very friendly Italian meal. The food was excellent, exactly what we wanted, and served in a reasonable time. The prices are reasonable for the area. Today we're going back for dinner. Update: We were here for dinner and were again served very well. The food was once again first-class, and the value for money was absolutely spot on. Thank you for the service and the kindness towards the children ❤️
