Het eten was prima en zeker betaalbaar, echt goed maar de bediening was totaal ongeïnteresseerd. Heel erg jammer want een vriendelijk woord of een glimlach zouden het compleet maken.

Nonostante frequenti Montefiascone per vari motivi almeno 2/3 volte al mese, non avevo più mangiato da Pancino da molti anni. Il locale è ancora più caratteristico di come lo ricordavo. Non so se la gestione sia sempre quella o meno. Comunque si mangia sempre in modo eccellente. Ottima la bistecca cotta realmente alla brace. Enormi e saporite le pappardelle al cinghiale, probabilmente lavorate a mano. Tutto ad un prezzo umano. Perchè allora non esprimo il massimo della soddisfazione? Perchè purtroppo si percepisce "a pelle" una certa disorganizzazione con parte del personale che peraltro non brilla certo per accoglienza. Ha fatto eccezione un cameriere che ci ha saputo spiegare in modo gentile quanto professionale varie tipologie di amari a disposizione.
