Rachele made us feel at home straight away: she pampered us and advised us on what to eat and how the dishes were composed. Attentive, helpful and very nice. The food was delicious, delicious meat, fantastic wild boar pappardelle: in short, everything was really good. Excellent quality/price ratio. Thanks Rachele: the Rome group!

During our holiday in Pisa we had the pleasure of dining at Trattoria da Michele, an experience that we will carry in our hearts. We ordered chicken wings with potatoes, a pizza for my husband and I, while our son enjoyed penne with meat sauce and buffalo mozzarella. Everything was simply exquisite, prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors that speak of true Italian cuisine. The place struck us with another fundamental aspect: cleanliness. Never seen a place so well looked after from this point of view. Not even a drop of water on the glasses, everything impeccable, from the furnishings to the smallest details. And to end on a sweet note: tiramisu. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the best I've ever eaten. Creamy, balanced, simply perfect. Highly recommended!

Tratoria Michelle My experience at Tratoria Michelle: The Diabole pizza was simply good, recommended. The lasagna did not disappoint either, with a balance of ingredients and a homemade touch that made it a good dish for that afternoon. Without a doubt, the strong point of this place is its culinary proposal. However, not everything was perfect. The house wine had a watery taste, it didn't completely convince me; As for service, although our waiter was attentive and friendly, the wait between courses was longer than expected. It seemed like the kitchen and living room weren't quite in sync. Despite these details, I would recommend Tratoria Michelle without hesitation. Their food is adequate. Of course: it may be advisable to go with time and patience. I'll be back for that Diabole! ⭐ 3/5 (For the good food and the effort of the staff, although the service could be better).
