Well-crafted traditional menu, generous portions, and fair prices. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and, most importantly, cheerful. We already knew the restaurant, so we were sure we'd enjoy it. Recommended.

We arrived without a reservation on a day when they were fully booked for an event. When they discovered that we had no other options for dinner and we had children, they welcomed us anyway and paid us a lot of attention.

Yesterday, a friend and I came to eat after the Illegio exhibition. We were welcomed with kindness and availability. We hadn't booked, and the room was full. The food was excellent, fresh, homemade local food, and the service was excellent. We were very satisfied!

26/09/2025: We came here to climb the Fanton refuge, and after visiting the Arta thermal baths, we stopped at this typical Friulian restaurant. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. The restaurant is large, quiet, and has a retro feel. The food is excellent and plentiful. We'll definitely be back!
26/09/2025: I highly recommend this experience. We tried their mixed platter "Carnia nel piatto" and were won over by the care and passion the chef poured into the preparation. The wine also deserves a mention.
