Peaceful location in a scenic setting near Tolmezzo, excellent hospitality, delicious food, and exclusive recipes prepared by the legendary Signora Maria and Anna, the castle's queen, and private parking. A perfect starting point for scenic hikes.

The food is excellent, traditional, and fresh. Since it wasn't crowded, we were able to chat with Maria (at least I think it was her 😅), and she was very friendly. I absolutely recommend it.

A lovely place with excellent food. The orzotto and orecchiette with ragù are fantastic. The frico isn't exceptional in my opinion (the polenta is excellent). The desserts are also excellent. Highly recommended, also for Maria's professionalism and courtesy.

A historic trattoria in the charming village of Fusea, they prepare excellent traditional Carnic dishes. Family-run, very friendly and helpful. If you're lucky, you'll even enjoy the owner's singing welcome!

New Year's Day 2026. A dear friend, a newlywed couple, and their daughter accompanied us for lunch at this wonderful trattoria. The food was incredibly good at an unbeatable price. The owner is truly a wonderful person; an impeccable professional and a fantastic singer, who, while you savor the exceptional dishes, takes you on this wonderful adventure with her heart-stopping songs. I highly recommend anyone passing through Fusea to stop by. Congratulations, truly superb... 😘😘
