Excellent trattoria, very fresh fish, a note of merit goes to the fried foods which are all truly excellent. Friendly staff and nice location. Would I go back? Absolutely yes.

We asked a local person to recommend a restaurant and he recommended IL VECCHIO MAFONE, we were very lucky because in this restaurant you eat very well, very fresh fish and cooked very well, spending the right amount. The staff very friendly and nice. Highly recommended!

This is a hidden gem in small aisle. The services are excellent. Foods are so delicious with reasonable prices. The seafoods are so fresh. The best pasta I ever have. Willing to recommended.

Happened by chance in the evening, good food at an appropriate price, but above all a fantastic waiter (Nicola) whose friendliness and competence alone is worth the price of the ticket.

Ottima osteria condotta da ragazzi giovani ma già con le idee ben chiare delle loro proposte! Propone ricette della tradizione siciliana con pesce prettamente fresco. Ottime le fettuccine alla cernia cn pomodorini. Ha concluso con un sorbetto al limoncello squisito! Forse ritorno anche domani a cena!!

Ottimo pranzo e ottima accoglienza. Il servizio è stato davvero impeccabile e i piatti sono abbondanti, saporiti e di qualità. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, a differenza di altri ristoranti che propongono primi senza sapore a prezzi esorbitanti. CONSIGLIATISSIMO 😊

08/01/2025: Had dinner last night at the Sardina Pasta Bar restaurant, excellent food, we had a wonderful time. , very kind staff, very nice owner.
05/01/2025: Amazing food(we had fish/crudite), the waiters are very welcoming and take excellent care of you,service was great! Local wine was also very good and i love the fact she came out to explain it etc.. it was so hot once we stepped in, but the food was so good that by the end we didn't care at all Ahahah Prices are also appropriate! Thanks for having us! It's now in my list of go-back places

Al Vecchio Ristoro Del Corso

07/01/2025: Excellent regional cuisine with prices, fortunately, from the end of the century...! Near the main train station the daughter is serving and the mother is in the kitchen. Historic Osteria, always there for more than a hundred years, at an entrance to the city (Porta Garibaldi). The guests change, the family owners are always there. Public parking spaces in front of the door are free and sufficient after 8 p.m. At lunchtime either paid or free parking in the side streets (Via Antonio Ugo or Via Gian Filippo Ingrassia) Closed on Sundays, otherwise 12-15/ 19-22. Bon appetit !
