I ate fantastic lasagna with porcini mushrooms.

The place is wonderful, with incredible attention to detail. We had appetizers, first courses, and desserts, and everything, without exception, was excellent. The service was attentive, fast, and courteous. Everything was impeccable; we had a wonderful time. The price was very fair. My sincerest compliments; we will definitely be back.

A true revelation in the heart of the Veronese countryside. Driving along the remote roads to get there, you'd never guess you'd find yourself in such a beautiful, well-kept, elegant, almost ceremonial place. But no, you're not at a reception: you're at dinner, and you eat beautifully, with generous portions and authentic ingredients. The service is friendly and attentive, but without too much formality; in fact, you're pampered. And the biggest surprise? The very fair bill. One of those rare occasions when quality, atmosphere, and price go hand in hand. (A concrete example: a first course of tagliatelle with truffles for €14, but where else do you find prices like that?) We'll definitely be back... and maybe next time for a special occasion!

What a memorable lunch at Trattoria da Guido in San Vito, Bussolengo! If you're looking for a culinary experience I'd call divine, this is the place. Every dish, from appetizer to dessert, is a true symphony of flavors, a true harmony that delights the palate. The quality of the ingredients is impeccable: the meat and fish are incredibly fresh and authentic, and you can immediately tell they don't come from factory farms. It's a pleasure to savor such authentic and natural flavors. Special praise goes to Natascia, whose presence and professionalism made our lunch even more enjoyable. Her service was impeccable and discreet. Unfortunately, we must point out the intrusiveness of the other two waiters (an older woman and man), behavior that seemed inappropriate and somewhat detracted from the atmosphere. Furthermore, an unpleasant incident with the older waiter left a bitter taste in my mouth: he took away my father's plate, still full of peperonata, without asking if he was finished. A hasty gesture that, unfortunately, marred an otherwise perfect experience. It's a real shame that reviews apparently aren't read, because these small details could easily be improved to achieve excellence. Despite these small flaws in the service, Trattoria da Guido remains a place where the food is divine, and the quality of the food undoubtedly warrants a return visit.

Potato gnocchi with truffles on cream cheese and fillet of fassona veneta, exquisite. Location with a wide view of the hills, kind and prepared welcome and ruffian wines that complete a very pleasant experience. Everything perfect, congratulations!!

Always perfect. High quality of raw materials always prepared on the spot without errors, without excess fat or condiments... on the contrary... you can taste everything that is on the plate and then you sleep well with a smile on your face. Really good

One of the best restaurants I've ever tried. Really excellent dishes (special mention to the filet aged by the owners). The location is very respectable in the middle of the Veronese countryside.
