Don't be fooled by appearances.
From the outside, you wouldn't give it a second thought because it's hard to see; it looks more like a home.
Step inside and you'll find a familiar, friendly, and very down-to-earth atmosphere. Both the waiter and the owner are excellent, capable, and very knowledgeable about the food and drinks. I ate some exquisite dishes, including a Florentine steak that was cut with a breadstick, not just "tonno riomare." Highly recommended; I'll be back to get to know Gina's long-standing expertise.

Excellent food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.
My girlfriend and I have eaten here twice and have always had excellent food.
The pici with Tuscan ragù, the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, the Florentine tripe, and the homemade tiramisu were truly spectacular.
Congratulations! We will definitely be back every time we're in Montecatini Terme!

A restaurant in Montecatini where I had a great time, with reasonable prices and excellent food. I ate fantastic tagliatelle with wild boar ragu. The staff was quick but friendly. I really enjoyed the ciao (a kind of wafer) for dessert, which I didn't know about. Well done.

The food was truly excellent. The "Gran Tagliere della Trattoria" appetizer was very generous. The first courses were delicious, with strictly homemade pasta and generous sauces. The guinea fowl, in particular, was exquisite and served in a generous portion.
Overall, this is an excellent value. The service was simple and quick.
I recommend this place for both couples and families, especially those who want to enjoy authentic Tuscan home cooking.

We had dinner for two and ordered a 1kg Florentine steak to share, fries, and a good red wine. The Florentine steak was divine, cooked to perfection, tasty, and incredibly tender. We also loved the fries, as they weren't processed. The service was also commendable: the owner and waiters were kind, discreet, and friendly.
NB: We ate on the heated veranda; it wasn't crowded and we could easily converse.

A typical Tuscan trattoria, a taste of the always delicious ribollita, followed by a delicious 1.2 kg Florentine steak, beans all'uccelletto, and fried potatoes, finishing with two traditional desserts, all washed down with a good bottle of Tuscan red wine. We'll definitely be back.
