A trattoria that is a real trattoria!! Home cooking, family atmosphere, simple and clean, without frills but with great consistency. , Every day on the blackboard there is a selection of appetizers, first and second courses that vary from time to time, a home cooking all of excellent quality.

We stopped by bike because there were many cars stopped and I knew that the food was good They were very kind and let us park the bike indoors. We ate very good risotto with fish, a dessert, wine and beer Fast service, friendly staff, fair price I recommend it

Trattoria that offers simple and traditional dishes. I must say the veal with tuna sauce is very good, as is the cheek. The first courses are a bit disappointing. The furnishings are a bit old and in my opinion should be updated. The staff is ok, the large parking lot is convenient.

Dopo essere stati ad Alessandria per “sella moto Paolino”, nella strada del ritorno e proprio qui a Rigoroso, abbiamo mangiato bene i ravioli e il coniglio con un buon vinello e caffè ! Prezzi giusti personale gentile, quindi accorrete numerosi ! 👍😜

The refined cuisine, the elegant setting and the impeccable service make it an ideal place for special occasions or for a refined dinner. I highly recommend it
28/03/2025: Era molto che passando nelle vicinanze volevamo fermarci,ecco fatto prenoto ci accolgono in maniera semplice ma educata una volta seduti leggiamo il menù buona varietà dei piatti proposti ,ordiniamo,devo dire che i piatti sono presentati bene e la qualità è buona.Fine cena con un conto un po’ alto ma ci può stare.

30/05/2025: In stagione (maggio e’ ideale) impossibile perdere uno dei migliori pranzi di asparagi dell’intero Piemonte. Ci torniamo da anni, anche più volte nel mese, e, sempre, la soddisfazione è tanta. Noi siamo affezionati a quattro piatti: l’intingolo (con un favoloso extravergine), i piccoli asparagi con salsa tartara, la golosa frittata ed il risotto (che stavolta ci è sembrato ancora più buono del solito. 35€ con una ottima Barbera di Imarisio. Bravissimi!!!
