Characteristic Salento restaurant in the heart of Specchia where we found the flavors of Salento cuisine. Friendly staff and good value for money.

It's not the first time we've gone there as the food is very good, nothing to say, except that for 4 bowlers we paid 12 euros, as if it were a real barbecue. A little too exaggerated. Fast service.

The food was just amazing and what a nice scenery from the restaurants terrace ! Staff was kind, food was coming out quick. Just 5 stars!

Ogni volta che scendo nel Salento..il ristorante Coppuledda è una vera scoperta..sono stato proprio in questi giorni insieme alla mia famiglia e devo dire dire di essermi trovato veramente molto bene gli antipasti buonissimi sia di terra che di mare, vino rosato fresco della casa freschissimo, e una nuova proposta da parte del caposala Nando tagliatelle ai funghi porcini, veramente un piatto unico, delicato e buonissimo, abbiamo anche assaggiato una tagliata di manzo con patate al forno e un ottimo dolce al pistacchio...oltre ad aver preso caffè e digestivo..devo nuovamente complimentarmi con il titolare Sigfrido per le sue pietanze ottime e soprattutto preparate con cura e passione...assolutamente da consigliare ci verrò sicuramente..il ristorante Coppuledda è una vera garanzia su tutto..provare per credere.

If you are in Specchia you absolutely must go to Da Coppuledda: it was one of the best lunches of my holiday. Exceptional tartare and delicious and super abundant spaghetti. Even the meat is really a lot of stuff! Go to this restaurant, you won't regret it, we felt at home!

The village of Specchia is suggestive. The room is large and well looked after. Excellent land-based appetizers, with local products. Passed with full marks.

Very nice place, I felt at ease and the cuisine is of excellent quality....congratulations...!!!!!!! Then after a few days we returned and we were pleasantly impressed by the fish dishes...remarkably tasty and fresh, I would never have thought that a town like Specchia (not on the sea) would have these delicacies available which are usually just a few meters from the sea! !!! Try stopping by this gem of a restaurant, you'll agree with me Here I am again tasting the freshest porcini mushrooms at the end of October 2024 Exactly tagliatelle... and then fried porcini mushrooms A delicacy... But the friendliness of the owner is superior to every dish... truly compliments
