A very well-kept restaurant in the heart of Specchia, a fantastic neighborhood. The menu offers both regional and international dishes, and is well-executed. The service is prompt. The price is in line with the price.

Nine of us dined at Da Coppuledda in Specchia last Thursday. We had a wonderful meal: tasty dishes and appetizers, made with quality ingredients and authentic flavors that showcase the local cuisine. The only thing that could be improved was the ambiance: we were seated inside, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling enough, making the room a bit warm. Overall, however, the experience was excellent; this restaurant is definitely worth a try.

Best Restaurant in Salento. Every time I come to Puglia, I don't leave without coming here at least once (usually two, three, or even four times). The house antipasto di carne (antipasto di carne) is a must, which includes things I dream about all winter, like chicory and fava bean puree, traditional fried foods, and more. The pasta is all exceptional (lately, I've been ordering the panciotti with porcini mushrooms, which are out of this world). The atmosphere is gorgeous, very authentic, and you feel right at home, and much of this is thanks to the owner, Sigfrido, who always has a joke ready and always makes you laugh. The service is attentive and fast, and it's one of the best value-for-money restaurants I've ever seen (it may be a habit in Milan, but even comparing different restaurants in the area, it's among the cheapest).

Ciao una trattoria bellissima con un terrazzo molto accogliente , abbiamo preso gli antipasti pugliesi di ottima qualità e abbondanti…poi le bombette squisite. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo una esperienza da ripetere
