I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant and was truly thrilled.
The dishes were simply excellent: the risotto with artichokes and pecorino was creamy, perfectly balanced in flavor, and truly refined. The Fassona beef carpaccio was also of the highest quality, incredibly fresh, and prepared with great care.
The attention to the ingredients and the passion in the kitchen are clearly evident.
The service was impeccable: the staff were kind, helpful, and professional.
A truly pleasant experience in every way. I will definitely return and highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, I can only give 3 stars, and only for one reason: we tourists didn't know that Amaretto is added as a "spice" to the famous pumpkin pastries. It wasn't mentioned on the menu, nor was it pointed out when we ordered. The children didn't want to eat it, and some of the adults didn't either. The quality was certainly excellent, but I'm disappointed that it wasn't made clear that this gives the filling a very distinctive, sweet flavor. It's simply not for everyone. 04/04/26

We had lunch at this restaurant. Everything was excellent, from the food to the service to the ambiance.
Claudio was a friendly presence in the dining room.
Today he showed a cooking demonstration on tagliatelle pasta.
Well done everyone.

Superb trattoria with top-notch cuisine, service, and quality. Authenticity comes from the hands of Claudio and his family. The hand-sliced beef tartare is sublime! It's a cosmic experience for the taste buds. Highly recommended.

A little outside of Mantua, a must-visit for the delicious food. Everything is homemade. Each dish is carefully prepared and the flavors are authentic. We had a wonderful time, thanks also to Claudio's hospitality and friendliness.
A very nice place. Overall, it's worth it, especially for the delicious food—which I'd say is excellent!—but also because you escape the chaos of the city.

I expected much more, given the reviews.
The atmosphere was too noisy, the food was of questionable quality, and the prices were too high.

Very nice place, very well cared for in the dishes offered which are those of the Mantuan tradition, good ravioli with pumpkin, amazing cotechino with polenta, a real gem of the area... it melted in the mouth!
