I tried several trattorias in Pontremoli and today I went to Busse'. A well-kept place, attentive, friendly, helpful staff. A cheerful and dynamic environment with a homely and tasty menu starting with the tasting of appetizers, the bis of cured meats, testaroli with pesto, all handmade. To finish, the excellent desserts. We will try the other things next time. Really satisfied. Recommended.

A real gem in the heart of Pontremoli! We went to Osteria Bussé for lunch on Saturday 7 June and we left really enthusiastic. The service was impeccable: Marco and his brother, the two twins who run the place, are very kind, very helpful and also super social! You can immediately perceive the passion they put into their work. The portions are just right, balanced, and each dish is prepared with care. The testaroli with pesto were simply out of this world, as were the baked lamb and the porchetta: authentic flavours and perfect cooking. At the end of the meal we tasted their artisanal liqueurs, one sweet and one bitter: both excellent, but I personally preferred the bitter one, really special. A great plus was also the welcome given to our dog: we were immensely pleased, especially after having been rejected in other local taverns just for his presence. Here, however, he was welcomed with a smile! The place is very characteristic and cared for in details, and even the bathroom was very clean (which is not always a given). Heartfelt compliments to the two managers: you are doing a truly excellent job! We will definitely be back.

Siamo stati all’Osteria Bussé sabato 7 giugno a pranzo e ne siamo usciti davvero entusiasti. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: Marco e suo fratello, i due gemelli che gestiscono il locale, sono gentilissimi, molto disponibili e anche super social! Si percepisce subito la passione che mettono nel loro lavoro. Le porzioni sono giuste, equilibrate, e ogni piatto è preparato con cura. I testaroli al pesto erano semplicemente spaziali, così come l’agnello al forno e la porchetta: sapori autentici e cotture perfette. A fine pasto abbiamo assaggiato i liquori artigianali di loro produzione, uno dolce e uno amaro: entrambi ottimi, ma personalmente ho preferito quello amaro, davvero particolare. Un grande punto a favore è stata anche l’accoglienza riservata al nostro cane: ci ha fatto immensamente piacere, soprattutto dopo esserci sentiti rifiutare in altre osterie locali solo per la sua presenza. Qui invece è stato accolto con il sorriso! Il locale è molto caratteristico e curato nei dettagli, e anche il bagno era pulitissimo (cosa che non è sempre scontata). Complimenti di cuore ai due gestori: state facendo un lavoro davvero eccellente! Torneremo sicuramente.

Piccola osteria situata nel centro di Pontremoli,dietro alla Cattedrale. Staff giovane e accogliente. Menù scritto su una lavagnetta di legno con buone proposte di prodotti e ricette locali:la torta d'erbi,i testaroli con il pesto,l'agnello al forno. Molto semplice ma gustoso e fatto con cura. Ottima selezione di amari fatti in casa. Lo consiglio.
