Di passaggio a Pontremoli ci siamo fermati a mangiare all'Osteria da Busse'... Una vera scoperta! Piatti tipici della zona, cucinati con passione. Non avevevamo mai assaggiato i "Testaroli" con crema di noci e parmigiano e vi garantisco che sono qualcosa di spettacolare. Come i "cavoli ripieni coi pien".
Porzioni abbondanti, cibo ottimo e atmosfera accogliente. Se passate da Pontremoli, non potete non fermarvi! Complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff!

a little tavern that is a gem with rooms with vaulted roofs
Delicious herb cake, testaroli in a space box, testaroli from a slow food presidium, delicious in all types of seasonings...
what can I say excellent raw materials and great attention from the management to the story of the product which is a plus... truly congratulations again!

I came back for the second time. In summer we also eat outdoors, today indoors. Located right in the center next to the Duomo. Typical and well-kept place. Cheek stew with stellar polenta, excellent testaroli oil and parmesan. Homemade bread. Very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Actually, I’d prefer not to rate it because I want it to stay a secret so that I always have a table, but the team and restaurant deserves to be known for how spectacular the food is. The tortelli al ragù were sublime. The tagliata was seasoned to perfection. The potatoes were delightful and we are still dreaming of the cipolla bianca. The crostata with lemon and ricotta was one of the best desserts we have ever tasted. We visited with our two dogs and felt so welcome and well taken care of that we have changed our travel itinerary to go back next week. They better have the cipolla still on the menu! Thank you so much for such an incredible meal.

Cibo discreto ma non eccezionale, location discreta ma con qualche criticità negli spazi e nel rumore, bruttissime le tovagliette in plastica, personale cortese ma non empatico. Sembra che questo locale stia ancora cercando una sua propria collocazione. Restiamo fiducisi
