Excellent place to eat typical Pontremoli cuisine! Excellent service, very nice and comfortable place. Prices are reasonable, highly recommended. We didn't find a line, but we were told it's often crowded.

Passing through Pontremoli on Sunday, even though I hadn't booked, the welcome was perfect! A quaint place, with young but friendly and knowledgeable staff! Service was super fast despite it being busy! The testaroli with walnuts were delicious! The spongata was mouth-watering! Well done, well done, well done!

Exceptional raw ingredients!!! Dishes so tasty and rich that you won't want to stop eating!! Very charming and quaint location, adorable signs with the daily menu scattered among the tables. The manager is a very pleasant, friendly, and approachable person, and above all, he knows all the ingredients perfectly and knows what to recommend with extreme care and detail... the price is much more than fair. One flaw of the lunch was three cyclists who smelled of sweat like goats. It would have been appreciated if they hadn't been seated too close to the other diners, who without the favorable wind would have eaten bread and sweat 😅

Beautiful location, both inside and out. Efficient and attentive service. The testaroli with walnut sauce and gnocchi with chard were excellent. So was the trout fillet with potatoes and Taggiasca olives. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommended!

Siamo stati all’Osteria Bussé sabato 7 giugno a pranzo e ne siamo usciti davvero entusiasti. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: Marco e suo fratello, i due gemelli che gestiscono il locale, sono gentilissimi, molto disponibili e anche super social! Si percepisce subito la passione che mettono nel loro lavoro. Le porzioni sono giuste, equilibrate, e ogni piatto è preparato con cura. I testaroli al pesto erano semplicemente spaziali, così come l’agnello al forno e la porchetta: sapori autentici e cotture perfette. A fine pasto abbiamo assaggiato i liquori artigianali di loro produzione, uno dolce e uno amaro: entrambi ottimi, ma personalmente ho preferito quello amaro, davvero particolare. Un grande punto a favore è stata anche l’accoglienza riservata al nostro cane: ci ha fatto immensamente piacere, soprattutto dopo esserci sentiti rifiutare in altre osterie locali solo per la sua presenza. Qui invece è stato accolto con il sorriso! Il locale è molto caratteristico e curato nei dettagli, e anche il bagno era pulitissimo (cosa che non è sempre scontata). Complimenti di cuore ai due gestori: state facendo un lavoro davvero eccellente! Torneremo sicuramente.

Piccola osteria situata nel centro di Pontremoli,dietro alla Cattedrale. Staff giovane e accogliente. Menù scritto su una lavagnetta di legno con buone proposte di prodotti e ricette locali:la torta d'erbi,i testaroli con il pesto,l'agnello al forno. Molto semplice ma gustoso e fatto con cura. Ottima selezione di amari fatti in casa. Lo consiglio.
