Tasty dishes with excellent flavor combinations, I ate a pork neck with amazing apple sauce and mustard. The environment is well looked after, I appreciated the idea of the record player to accompany dinner with excellent music in the background. The service is perhaps the greatest note of merit with an excellent description of the dishes, it is rare to find such warm waiters in Lunigiana who make you feel truly welcome. I recommend you try the liqueurs they produce, they are delicious.

I had dinner at the osteria da bussé. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff polite and friendly. The cured meats of the delicious appetizers, such as roast lamb. It was all great. I highly recommend this place to lovers of good food.

I ordered two aperitif spritzes with a side dish. We got the spritz with a torta d'erbi and a ham plate. The asking price was €38. 🥲🥲🥲We normally pay €12-15 for this in the area.

Ambiente familiare, accogliente e molto curato. I gestori sono estremamente attenti al cliente, molto cordiali e disponibili. Siamo stati due volte a pranzo durante il soggiorno in Lunigiana. Sia il sabato, che vede leggermente meno affluenza, che la domenica è stato tutto impeccabile. Consigliamo la testina e i testaroli, ottima anche la selezione di vini locali e non, per non parlare della vasta scelta di liquori ed amari di loro produzione. Torneremo sicuramente

Di passaggio a Pontremoli ci siamo fermati a mangiare all'Osteria da Busse'... Una vera scoperta! Piatti tipici della zona, cucinati con passione. Non avevevamo mai assaggiato i "Testaroli" con crema di noci e parmigiano e vi garantisco che sono qualcosa di spettacolare. Come i "cavoli ripieni coi pien".
Porzioni abbondanti, cibo ottimo e atmosfera accogliente. Se passate da Pontremoli, non potete non fermarvi! Complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff!
