Returning after twenty years and discovering the flavors that distinguish Bussé was absolutely priceless. Some dishes could be improved, but the overall result is a tasty and satisfying lunch. Recommended for anyone passing through.

We spent Easter lunch at this restaurant in Pontremoli, and the experience was overall very positive. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was good, making the day even more special.
Special thanks go to the foreign waiter, who stood out for his kindness and attentiveness. Not only was he always present at our table, discreetly asking if we needed anything, but he also took care of the other tables with equal care. He also made sure that nothing on the menu was missing, such as honey, which he served promptly and professionally.
His helpfulness made up for some of the other staff members' inattention, truly making a difference.
Overall, I recommend this place and hope to return soon.

A lovely little restaurant in the center of Pontremoli. The owners are warm and welcoming. Excellent food with a limited menu (a good sign). Meticulous attention to detail, from the bread selection to the wine cellar to the homemade dishes. Very reasonable prices, and very original homemade grappas. Well done!

Fans of Italian provincial towns know that the first restaurant on the Piazza del Duomo always delivers good food. It may not boast Michelin stars, but its authentic, regional, and traditional cuisine is sure to impress discerning diners. The antipasti platter is fantastic, and for the primi, the local testaroli rolls are a must. While they don't bear the restaurant's seal (as described in all the guidebooks), they are made with buckwheat flour, giving them a light and soft texture that pairs well with pesto or nut sauce. The secondi, roast pork and porchetta with onions and grilled potatoes, are good, if a little chilly (warm your plates!). In contrast, the white wine from Aulla, served with a cooling cartridge, is perfectly chilled – not something you'd necessarily expect in warm Italy. The ambiance is simple, but the old rooms are lovingly preserved, and the team is incredibly friendly and young. Conveniently, there's parking right on the Piazza del Duomo, making it ideal for those just passing through.

Holiday lunch, a very nice and welcoming place, super friendly staff, and good, local food. We shared three courses (a cured meats and cheese appetizer, testaroli, and lamb), which arrived pre-cut, with two glasses of wine for about €30 per person.
Highly recommended.
