21 of us had lunch at Bule for an important birthday and I must say that Daniele and Sara with their staff are always a guarantee! Nice welcome, excellent quality food, plentiful and well presented, impeccable service, more than reasonable price.

Da Bule is a typical Tuscan trattoria nestled in the hills not far from Florence, excellent food and very reasonable prices (a quantity of peposo worthy of attempted murder but that's how we like it) first-rate local cured meats and cheeses, very high quality meat, the only sore point perhaps is the desserts but you don't go to Tuscany to eat notoriously sweets, highly recommended, hurry up before it is completely invaded by Americans, already the other evening there was a family next to our table!

A family business, an Italian cook who provides safety, an open kitchen, a place and a warm welcome, a good variety and typicality with a white tripe at the end, and above all a pleasant stop with some well-chosen wine... a good service. I would happily stay here again. Well done.

A real gem! the service is informal but completely suited to the context, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a display of wine bottles that is a pleasure for the eyes. The charcuterie board was an explosion of flavours, and the peposo was simply divine - the meat melted in your mouth! The wine list is very extensive, offering an incredible variety of choice. Account suitable for the quality of the products and the service offered. Compliments.

I returned last night for a family dinner and what can I say is always a confirmation. Family atmosphere, friendly and kind owner and waiters and, no small feat, traditional Tuscan dishes cooked very well and of excellent quality! What to add...congratulations and see you next time

Place located in a corner, but a fantastic experience. We had a bit of everything and it was all delicious. Grilled livers like never eaten before. One of the best baked potatoes I've ever tried. Even the house wine, which is usually bland, has its own dignity here. Absolutely top quality cut of beef. Highly recommended. Exceptional ragout queens.
