We ate here before the game, and it was an excellent appetizer of tigelle, fried gnocco, and cured meats.
Then we had cappelletti in brodo and green lasagna.
Everything was good, and the portions were generous.
The price was fair considering the quantity and quality of the products.

We already knew the Trattoria di Cognento in the hamlet of Campagnola, so the quality of the first courses wasn't a surprise. We had delicious pumpkin tortelli with soffritto and generously seasoned tagliatelle with duck ragù. This was followed by excellent gnocco fritto (fried pasta) with cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by a splendid giardiniera (pickled vegetables). Unfortunately, I was too full for dessert, because the Stracchino della Duchessa they serve is worthy of an honorable mention. The staff is truly friendly; they found us a table even though we hadn't booked and the place was packed. We were surprised by how quiet the noise level was, despite the large number of customers.

First time, family lunch.
Tigelle, gnocco fritto, and cold cuts as appetizers, and a trio of first courses: tortelli verdi al burro, lasagna, and cappelletti in brodo.
We ate well, everything was delicious.
But what made us feel most welcome was the presence of the waiter Rosario, who, with his professionalism and friendliness, transformed a rainy Sunday into a fun and lively lunch.
We will definitely be back.
