Good, honest, and traditional food! What a lovely surprise. The tortellini in broth, the cured meats, and the meats were excellent. We'll be back.

Very popular and busy restaurant. The food we had was fantastic and the fried bread was the best we’ve had so far in Emilia-Romagna. Well worth a visit when in Castel San Pietro Terme. Can recommend this place.

21/02/2026: The dishes are plentiful, well-served, and delicious. The value for money is excellent. The place is extremely welcoming, furnished in a traditional, homely style, with period objects and photographs, chosen by the owners, who are kind and make guests feel at home. The licorice liqueur, kindly offered at the end of the meal, is wonderful. Highly recommended for everyone, whether you're with family, alone, or with friends, whether you're just passing through, on vacation, or live in Bologna. 29/01/2026: Beautiful osteria. Typical Tuscan, plentiful food. I ordered a plate of incredibly tender tagliata, and I've never had such good food. I'd definitely go back when I'm in Bologna.
