Dinner al fresco with my wife…..great outdoor location ideal especially now that in the plains it is torridly hot….well-set tables, helpful and competent staff….good choice of both local and national wine…..very interesting menu….cold cuts and giardiniera are top…..and the tortelli di erbetta are fabulous…..excellent desserts. Definitely worth another visit to try new dishes! Well done!

Nice local trattoria with good food looking out over the hills. Service is young and not so communicating have to ask twice for dessert menu and three times for the bill. But nevertheless a nice place witj large portions, share the pasta's for sure.

We were in Salsomaggiore for 8 days and unfortunately we only came across this gem of a restaurant on the last day. Food was great. Food was on time and no one had to wait. Owner also helpful and politely spoken to. Keep up the good work.

A real favorite! Trattoria Ceriati is a place where you immediately feel the passion for good Italian cuisine. The dishes are delicious, generous, and carefully prepared. You'll find the authentic flavors of Italy, without frills but with great taste. The welcome is simple, sincere, and very pleasant. Antonio and his team are passionate, available, and do everything they can to ensure you have a good time. A trattoria just the way we like them: unpretentious but with real soul. You eat well there, you feel good—what more could you ask for?

We ate very well at Trattoria Ceriati! I appreciated the welcoming style of the restaurant and, above all, the quality of the dishes, prepared with great care and attention to detail. A special thank you to the waiter, whose advice proved invaluable in enjoying the appetizer to the fullest. A truly pleasant experience. Thank you!

20/06/2025: We visited this fantastic place as part of a tour of the Parma region for a food experience. A family business that serves wonderful food and wine ins quiet atmosphere. We really enjoyed the experience.
16/06/2025: I usually don't use superlatives much, but here it's a must. A delicious platter and a sublime coppa. I've never eaten anything like it, all accompanied by the professionalism and friendliness of the owners. You can see that there's real passion in everything they do. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We'll definitely be back

23/05/2025: Small, slightly bohemian place with the pleasant welcome of Francesco in the dining room and the creative flair of the young chef Pietro in the kitchen, who delighted our taste buds with dishes with truly surprising flavours. Starting from the very long leavened PandiRo' pizza, with a light dough, with just the right crunchy base, expertly stuffed (we tasted the Calabrian one and the one with raw ham), moving on to the katsuobushi risotto (one of the most harmonious and exciting dishes I've ever tasted!) and the tasty summer annolini, up to the delicate duck breast and the sumptuous turbot... to finish the chocolate mousse enlivened by a touch of saltiness and the ethereal cloud of Catalan cream, truly tasty and unusual. The bottle of local Malvasia bubbles was excellent. An experience to absolutely recommend and repeat, wishing a bright future to this young management
