Good and honest cuisine. Here the chef personally grates the cheese onto the pasta. Prices really good, pasta dish around €8. I ate pasta alla Norma and a sea bream. Pasta was flawless without exception. I have often made pasta alla Norma myself, but unfortunately the pasta served here is a little better than mine. Clear recommendation for affordable, honest Sicilian cuisine in a simple atmosphere

Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza in questa trattoria semplice: non avevamo prenotato e in due minuti e’ stato allestito un tavolo all’esterno dove siamo state benissimo, seguite direttamente da Nino. Piatti tradizionali, buoni, prezzo giusto: proprio un bel pranzo.

Nice place, extremely nice service, really good food. Nice and enjoyable and authentic experience!!!! Lightning is a bit too intense, but wouldn’t stop me going back.

For me, who have known Nino and his family for over 30 years, this restaurant is a place of my heart. Simple and genuine Sicilian cuisine. Highly recommended place!

We ate very well tuna salad, fried fish, pasta with masculini and sweet and sour tuna. I would add some new dishes to the menu to have more choice. Service was very fast.

Weekend around Sicily like the good times before Covid and I found myself in Catania, usual round of friends and colleagues to get advice for dinner and among the many I'm struck by what a colleague says "go without fail and then the owner and a truly particular, frank and direct man. And after an obligatory reservation, here I am, sitting in via Biondi. The menu is absolutely tested, no esoteric or gourmet experiments, good old-fashioned simple dishes, excellent caponata and fried fish less and the latter are honored practically all by virtue of exchanges with other diners, house wine with superlative desserts and a positively surprising price lunch and next time in Catania a must. The only drawback is the parking....😬

À part la serveuse qui tire la gueule, tout se passe ici avec le sourire. Très bonnes assiettes siciliennes animées par un patron sans pareil.
