Good restaurant in one of the main squares of Polignano. The service is a little discreet but remains friendly, and the dishes are very good.

Despite the rain and the room being completely full, the result was fantastic. Orecchioni with turnip tops and cooked and raw prawns, Martinese pizza with Martina Franca capocollo, rocket, dried tomatoes and burratina all very good

La nourriture était bonne mais pas le service. La carte des pizzas n'est pas présenté spontanément tout du moins aux clients non italiens. Le verre de vin est surfacturé . Tout ça donne l'impression qu'on profite du touriste étranger. Dommage !

Trattoria pizzeria qui se trouve place Garibaldi à 50 m du centre historique. Très bon accueil service rapide par contre les pizzas n'était pas exceptionnel

The restaurant is also a pizzeria. They have a great variety of wines. The staff is extremely courteous. The interior is a little small but there is room for everyone.

I have never seen such a wide choice of different grains for the pizza base. The option for lactose free cheese was a huge bonus for me. The calzone pizza I had was the best I have ever had hands down. One of the best meals so far in the south of Italy.

Tonight we went to this trattoria/pizzeria located in the center of Polignano a mare. We ate some great food (we had the lasagna, the parmigiana and the Martinese bombette). The owners and waitresses were very kind and helpful. The excellent and fast service and, above all, the fair and accessible prices for the standard of the place which are higher than average. Definitely recommended.

01/05/2025: Mi è stato indicato da un amico e...mai consiglio migliore. Piatti tutti davvero ottimi in special modo i paccheri agli scampi. Crudo favoloso. Ottima frittura di paranza. Servizio veloce, personale molto disponibile. Parcheggio . Prezzi nella media del luogo.
23/04/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di pranzare in questo ristorante in una splendida giornata di sole, con vista mare: già questo mi fa propendere per un giudizio estremamente positivo sul locale. Anche la cucina è stata all'altezza della struttura, visto che ci hanno servito un risotto di mare con pesce fresco davvero delizioso. Il tutto a un prezzo non esoso.

15/05/2025: Nice location, both inside and out. We were here for a music competition and lunch was also planned. Moderately priced. Extremely slow service which resulted in cold dishes. Small portions. Overall, good quality food and workmanship.
