Consigliatissimo. Ottimo cibo e in particolar modo ottima carne. Una cena che mi ha lasciato completamente soddisfatto. Segnalo anche l'estrema gentilezza del personale di sala. Complimenti! Al contrario di quanto ho letto in alcune recensioni vorrei precisare chei prezzi sono abboradabilissimi. Quello che costa maggiormente è ovviamente la carne pregiata e di peso importante (costate e fiorentine da 1 a 3 kg). I prezzi sono alti secondo quanto prevede il mercato da 50 a 70 euro al kg, ma da ricordarsi che è una carne che va condivisa e quindi il prezzo totale è da dividere per singola persona. Tolta la carne a peso invece ci sono i secondi a porzione (abbondanti e buonissimi) che mediamente costano tra i 12 o 15 euro. I contorni costano 5 euro ma una porzione è talmente grande che va bene almeno per due. I dolci ottimi anche questi costano 5 euro. Ho preso una birra Fischer da 66 cl a 7 euro. Disponibili anche i primi piatti che però non ho provato. Non appena riandrò a Nicolosi ritornerò.

Perfect experience, from all points of view: attentive and expert service, welcoming and warm environment, meat number 1! There is no point in describing the dishes we tried, there are very few meat shops like this in Sicily, any dish you order will be of the highest quality and prepared as God commands.

We didn't have a reservation but still got a spot. Since we only speak English, we were assigned a waitress who also spoke English, very good. The service took its time and everyone was generally very friendly and helpful. The meat selection is unique and you don't see it often. We chose Australian Wagyu which we ordered medium. Everything actually tasted very good, but the meat should perhaps have stayed on the grill for 30 seconds longer or the Sicilians have a different understanding of medium, but that wouldn't have made any difference to the taste. I asked the waiter to surprise me with a wine to match the meal. I described to him what my taste was like and he really surprised me, perfect. At this price I expect the meat to be really good, so a star deduction for the food. Sorry. We'll still come back.

It's always nice to return to one of the most beautiful and above all the best trattorias in the area. Meat reigns supreme, thanks to the various cuts of meat. The appetizers are certainly not to be underestimated, which thanks to their simplicity of ingredients make you immediately understand that here they don't mess with QUALITY.

Really friendly staff, ribeye steak a must try. After years it remains excellent.

Excellent cuts of meat, efficient, friendly and punctual staff. They unquestionably deserve applause. The price? I do not know. I still haven't paid. But good things come at a price....

Nothing to complain about the quality of the meat that the menu offers, but taking into account the prices that are offered (€35/hectogram or €70/kg) for the finest cuts of meat, the service leaves a lot to be desired and let me explain: the mise en place presented with fabric-like paper placemats; the owner who offers you bitters or grappa at the end of the meal and then you find it on the bill!!!! Well I think it's really in bad taste. I hope this observation of mine can improve your service which is of quality if we look at the staff serving the tables but these two things that I have pointed out expire. Happy summer
