We were recommended this restaurant by our airbnb host. I’m always on the hunt for the best marinara pizza and Trattoria Caprese did not disappoint. The house tomato sauce was divine. Also ordered the calzone and it was HUGE. I think this place is a local’s favorite and am so glad we got to try this!

My partner and I went to this place on Saturday evening and had a great time. The service was excellent, as were the dishes, which were plentiful and flavorful.
Special thanks to the waiter Francesco, who was very attentive and knowledgeable, and gave us great recommendations.

A quiet and relaxed place, the food is truly delicious. This is my third time here, and it's a sure thing! Generous portions, authentic flavors, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and immediately puts you at ease. A trattoria I'll gladly return to.

The pizza was perhaps a little too burnt, and the crust wasn't very airy, making it a bit heavy to eat, but overall it was adequate.
The waiter was friendly, the service good.
On a negative note, in my opinion the entire place should be cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom.
The glass next to the cash register was quite greasy and stained, as were the backs of the benches.

We went last Sunday with friends, but unfortunately the old Caprese is no longer available.
It's happened before and it's happened again.
The service is very friendly, the place is always very nice, but when it comes to food, it's lost its appeal.
We had the mixed fried fish, which was orange, not white as it should be (plus, the side dish was salad instead of the traditional battered vegetables), the portions were small, and another dish with cuttlefish, which was quite tough.
We hope the place will recover in the future.

Great location offering two menu options at lunchtime. One pizza menu and one trattoria type menu. Including drinks, desert and coffee it is very good value for money!!!!!!
