I went to eat at Trattoria Bortolotti a few days ago. I have to say, I had a great time. It's a nice, large, clean place, with delicious food and friendly staff. I definitely recommend it.

Traditional Bolognese cuisine, friendly service, and speed are the perfect accompaniment to good food. Special note: open for lunch only. First courses include the gramigna, tortelloni, and the ever-present tagliatelle. For second courses, the shin of pork stands out, a true must, but the rest is also delicious.

It's a real shame, but perhaps we came at the wrong time and/or on the wrong day. Trusting the reviews, we booked for a quick lunch, which wasn't quick at all.
There's no menu, but only a portion was communicated verbally. The food is certainly traditional (in the sense of eating like it used to be), but 2 starters for 2 overcooked dishes is objectively a bit of a surprise.
Side orders were forgotten, and no one showed up to ask for any information despite over 40 minutes passing. So we asked, and the dishes we ordered appeared immediately.
The prices are very fair; perhaps writing them on a menu or a simple piece of paper wouldn't be a bad idea.
We'd definitely return for Sunday lunch for the famous fried frogs.
