A time-honored shop offering traditional Tuscan cuisine made with loving care. All the dishes are delicious; the choice depends entirely on personal taste. I love the fried brociolina, made exclusively with beef and its classic breadcrumb coating...it's worth the wait for it to be cooked to order, of course! Among the first courses, my favorites are the tortelli with ragù, but you should also try the pappardelle with wild boar, made with handmade egg pasta. The staff are friendly and attentive. The service is good, albeit informal. Good value despite the slight price increase, bringing it in line with similarly priced establishments.

Attracted by the good reviews, my wife and I tried this osteria/shop last Sunday. Unfortunately, we can't confirm the good reviews given the rather superficial treatment we received from the staff (a 15-minute wait for a menu and the inability to get whole wheat bread, even though it was made for sale) and the disappointment of the dishes, which were truly modest in quantity (a large piece of meat cooked in the oven consisting of two small slices) and inconsistent in taste... (just a lot of oil). It's a shame because the location is beautiful, but, in our opinion, there's much room for improvement.

Wow! A place stuck in time, where everything feels simple and familiar, but with great attention to the decor, service, and customer service, and the incredibly kind staff.
The traditional dishes are very good, and it's worth sampling and sharing a little of everything.
Parking is fairly convenient on the street right next to the restaurant.
Reservations are absolutely essential on weekends.

The place is cute, historic, and has potential. The quality of the appetizers, first courses, and main courses is excellent. The house wine is good. The desserts need some work. The portions for the first courses are adequate, but more could be done for the appetizers and main courses, at the cost of raising the price by €1 or €2 per portion. The desserts are a sore point. We were the first table of the evening, and it's impossible to have finished the courses, or even nearly finished them. The dining room needs work, with greater care and empathy for the customers, and a few more smiles.
I'm sure it was a bad night.

La Bottega delle Casellina welcomed us as if we were visiting a relative.
Unique in its kind.
The girls were all very kind and smiling.
The excellent food is served in traditional Tuscan coccini (pots) or small pans that allow it to be eaten hot. Very fresh vegetables.
We ordered
- tagliatelle with wild boar
- pappardelle with wild boar
- pici alla nana
- tomato and leek meatballs (melt in your mouth)
- various side dishes, both seasoned, sautéed, and fried
All very good, including the bread.
The price was good for the quality.
