Cuisine as it once was, simple, authentic, and with a thousand nuances, different every time, never the same, but always delicious. Very typical local Italian restaurant. Pici alla Nona (duck) amazing, tasty and al dente. Then trippa and simil rosbeef also very tasty, maybe too much oil. Good panna cotta.
