Good Tuscan cuisine, neither too spicy nor too salty, as is often the case. Good-quality table wine, something hard to find in trattorias these days.
Very fast service and very reasonable prices.
The atmosphere is truly quaint, reminiscent of a 1960s village trattoria.
A pleasant discovery.

A time-honored shop offering traditional Tuscan cuisine made with loving care. All the dishes are delicious; the choice depends entirely on personal taste. I love the fried brociolina, made exclusively with beef and its classic breadcrumb coating...it's worth the wait for it to be cooked to order, of course! Among the first courses, my favorites are the tortelli with ragù, but you should also try the pappardelle with wild boar, made with handmade egg pasta. The staff are friendly and attentive. The service is good, albeit informal. Good value despite the slight price increase, bringing it in line with similarly priced establishments.
