This is one of the best food experiences you can get in Bologna, honestly, starting from the flavors of the meat and pasta, the wine and the desserts.. I have no words, it can't be better than this really. The stuff is very friendly, we loved them!

A trattoria where you can truly feel the essence of Bologna! The service was fast, attentive, and always with a smile (a special thank you also for the attention given to my dog). But above all: the dishes were delicious. The potato tart with mortadella mousse and fondue was an explosion of flavors, the artichokes, both salad and fried, were spectacular, as was the selection of capocollo, and then the ragù for the gnocchi... truly excellent! The cutlet was also excellent, tasty and well-made. The meatloaf is highly recommended: among the best I've ever eaten. Well done!

We were in Bologna for the art fair and we found this restaurant and we hit the jackpot 😍 the fantastic guys, so much passion and desire to do, both of their eyes shone and what's more the first courses were truly executed with great mastery and bond, compliments really, I will never forget the sauce with exceptional pressed sausage🔥

13/03/2026: Last night we were strolling through the streets of Bologna when, at a certain point, it was dinner time! While searching for taverns and restaurants, we were very impressed by Taverna di Roberto! Arriving there, we were captivated by the magical atmosphere inside the restaurant. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is quick and very friendly. And the food? A top-notch! We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended! See you soon!
