13/10/2025: I happened to be in La Spezia by chance, it didn't even cross my mind that you were right there..... Walking around the center with my girlfriend, we were looking for something to eat, and I see NANA 😱😱 (the place where you make burgers)..... Oh God, I'm shocked, and where is NANA MEAT??? .... I look on Google Maps, I rush over, my girlfriend was looking at me thinking I was possessed, I see the windows, I go in, ask the waiter if it's possible to eat and at the same moment I see the MAESTRO at work..... I can't believe it.... It's him.... The super kind waiter takes us to the table.... I have to go and say hello to the MAESTRO..... We order two extraordinary appetizers, due to a small mistake they bring us the wrong appetizer (we didn't notice anything) they point it out to us and bring us the one we ordered, all three spectacular, because yes, they even left us the wrong one..... ALL 3 AMAZING.....
We move on to the strong stuff, beef fillet and diaphragm..... I felt like I was talking to angels.... Then, oh well, the side dishes were really spot on and the desserts were crazy..... I won't even mention the coffee, amazing.... I was finally able to talk to the MAESTRO and what am I supposed to do, I'm 25 too I've been working in the kitchen for years, and even longer as a pork butcher... But at NANA we felt pampered like at home...

We chose from the menu.
We had the platter as an appetizer.
The meat and the burger (all very good).
We had two steaks: an Angus and a Polish Friesian. Both were good, but the Angus was better, even though the Friesian was dry-aged.
The waitress wasn't very cheerful, but she was good at explaining. The price was fair for what we ate.
We had a great time.
