Great food. We had the tortolloni belfiori and the tortellini a ragu. The belfiori was amazing. Tortellini was still delicious but belfiori was next level.

Friendly and fast service, delicious tortellini! For dessert, I recommend the limoncello sorbet; it's better than the tiramisu.

This place is a 3.5 rounded up due to the cheerful manager/owner bustling back and forth attending to almost 2 dozen tables practically by himself. We arrived as walk-ins after being turned down at 2 other restaurants due to not having reservations. We ordered the tagliolini with bolognese and the tortellini in broth. The bolognese was quite nice, while the broth of the tortellini was rich and savory; the tortellini filling tasted of cured meat and rosemary, not what I was expecting and I generally dislike rosemary. I believe they source their desserts elsewhere; most people ordered the tiramisu which was sliced from a larger rectangular standing cake, while our Panna Cotta was popped out of a plastic mold (with bits of plastic also winding up on the bottom of our dessert) while having an overly firm consistency.

We dined at Trattoria Belfiore in Bologna and were truly thrilled. The tortellini with ragù were exceptional, rich in flavor and perfectly prepared, while the Belfiore tortelloni won us over with their delicacy and authentic taste. The desserts were also a delightful surprise: spectacular and carefully crafted. The atmosphere is welcoming, with a rustic and traditional feel, making the experience even more enjoyable. This trattoria showcases Bolognese cuisine with magnificent and authentic dishes. The staff is friendly and helpful. A place to recommend and definitely return to!

Traditional trattoria in the heart of Bologna visited by tourists and locals alike. We thought the food was simple but excellent. We had the traditional ragu and tortellini in brood. You know what - the brodo was better than what we had in Sfoglia Rina where there is always a long queue.

Trattoria trovata di passaggio e che si è rivelata un'ottima scoperta! Piatti buonissimi e con tanta scelta di piatti della tradizione bolognese. Eccezionali le tagliatelle ai funghi e quelle alla bolognese. Super gentilezza e cortesia da parte dello staff. Unica pecca: troppa attesa per l'arrivo dei primi piatti. Conto totale di 79€ per 2 primi, 1 secondo, 2 dolci, 2 caffè, 1 bottiglia di Lambrusco e 1 acqua.
