French and present Since the beginning of the week at the Rivoli hotel for professional reasons, we had an immense need for a light and cold dinner for my part. We went to Trattoria Baston, a bit randomly because every time we passed by the restaurant was closed. We returned without really knowing what we were going to have for dinner and at reception, the waitress told us that they only offered meals around fish 🐠. Which really delighted us because we really needed to eat light and low in calories. For my part, I took 6 fine clear oysters, excellent and extra fresh, and thinking I was ordering pink shrimp because everything was written in Italian 🇮🇹 I saw a magnificent plate of 6 raw langoustines arrive, a little surprised. But what a surprise, I tasted my Langoustines with great pleasure, not only was it a discovery for me but above all a real treat of flavors and taste pleasures. Bravo to the Chef and a big thank you for a pleasant surprise. I don't know if I've ever eaten a dish with so much sensation of pleasure and taste flavors. I highly recommend this little restaurant to anyone who enjoys fish 🐠 and seafood. A big thank-you Marie and José
