The Florentine is exceptional. Excellent as at Cecchini in Panzano and Bolgheri. This is how good it is to eat at Castello di Am. The Silvietta cake is worth a taste, figs and dried fruit. EXCELLENT Star

The menu offers simple dishes from the past. The tordelli and homemade ravioli are not bad. The fried chicken and Livorno-style cod are good. Friendly and polite staff. Prices a little too high though.

We had dinner at this restaurant while passing through Rome. The staff is uniquely kind and the food is quality! They were also very kind in cooking a (good) dish of gluten-free pasta with clams. Smiles and professionalism. Compliments!

20/03/2024: Very nice staff. Beautiful presentation of dishes. Chef's appetizer 5🌟Grilled seafood 4🌟 because the shrimp felt a little burnt. The house wine is nice. Tiramisu is tender. Clean tablecloths. I like it
29/02/2024: Negative points: -Little space between tables -Distracted waitresses and when I called them they didn't answer -They didn't write down my reservation, making me uncomfortable because they gave me the table of another person who didn't want to wait and they talked about it all the time and I couldn't wait to leave -On the phone they didn't specify that they weren't making pizza that evening Positive point: -Very very good fried fish

16/10/2023: Trovato grazie alle buone recensioni, siamo andati a pranzo per mangiare un po' di funghi. Il locale è carino ed autentico, il servizio informale ed amichevole come si addice ad una trattoria del genere. Ottimi ed abbondanti i piatti scelti, prezzi onesti, buona la scelta dei vini. Pranzo molto piacevole, consigliato!
20/08/2023: Had a super lunch here on the first day of our holiday and we’re really happy with the meal. Simply wonderful Tuscan cooking. My wife is gluten free and they were very accommodating to make pasta for her. There’s a lady sitting out the back making pasta. The location is great and the service was friendly and attentive. We were recommended two really good local wines which we really enjoyed.
