Found thanks to some recommendations on Reddit. The trattoria looks good: clean, simple, and in keeping with the classic Italian trattoria we're used to.
Unfortunately, the service leaves a bit to be desired, at least on the days I was there. There were two women in the dining room, an older one with short hair and a younger one with long hair. My impression was that the service was rather cold: little smile, little interaction, and an attitude more of "I'll serve you because it's my job" than genuine customer service. It's possible they're more friendly with regular customers, I can't say, but this aspect still led me to remove a star.
As for the food, there's little to say: what's lacking in service, they more than make up for with the truly top-notch quality. Considering the prices, it's truly shocking. I ordered the handmade tagliatelle with ragù, roast rabbit as a main course, and mashed potatoes as a side. The tagliatelle were incredibly soft, with a fresh (not frozen) ragù that was truly delicious.
The real highlight, however, was the roast rabbit: every bite melted in your mouth. The mashed potatoes were the perfect accompaniment. The portions are very generous: if you're not particularly hungry, it's best to choose either the first or second course. I spent €27.50 for a first course, second course, and side dish, including water and cover charge.
In conclusion, this is a trattoria I would recommend without hesitation to anyone who wants to eat truly well. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, they likely rely on local suppliers, with locally sourced produce and meat. One of the best trattorias I've ever been to. With some updating (tables, chairs, floors—even just repainting them would be enough) and improved customer service, it would have all the makings of a proper restaurant.

I came to eat here on the recommendation of my hotel, since it's very close. Upon entering, I wasn't particularly impressed. They seated me in a spot away from the main dining room, where I was practically alone. I tried the appetizer you see in the photo—a delicious crescentine with prosciutto—and a first course with sausage. Two young women served.
What's striking about this place is that it exudes a sense of history. The walls are adorned with numerous Bologna landmarks. The price is a plus.
