After a stop in Pistoia where I found practically all the places closed (it was Monday) I was left with an incredible desire for peposo. In this place I managed to satisfy myself. Dish prepared by the book, accompanied by a good glass of Chianti. Ultra helpful and professional managers, passed with full marks. If I ever end up in Ferrara again I will definitely go back to try the other options on the menu.

Excellent, all very good.
Very nice environment, very good girls in the room. We ate a delicious starter of mixed crostini, pici with white game ragù, two crazy tartares with grilled vegetables and beans all'uccelletto. A nice glass of morellino and one of sangiovese and you have a perfect dinner. In the heart of Ferrara. Well done, highly recommended!

I had a delicious Fiorentina meal at a Tuscan restaurant. However, it is unfortunate that there are many menu items that do not have antipasta in general.

I had dinner at Trattoria Antica Maremma and was thrilled. The pappardelle with wild boar ragù was exceptional: tasty and well seasoned. The staff and manager were very kind, making the evening even more pleasant. The welcoming atmosphere with attention to detail completed the experience. Highly recommended for those who love Tuscan cuisine!

First time having dinner at this restaurant and it won't be the last. We came during the week, but it was practically almost full. The food is typical Tuscan, from starters to desserts. We chose the Tuscan one as a starter, and for first courses, pici with porcini mushrooms, and a little with mixed game ragù, excellent. The wine list is also good. The service is also quick and they are friendly. The bill is in line with the quality of the dishes. Advised.
