I went today with my family, August Bank Holiday. Soave is a town surrounded by walls and with a very characteristic castle. The restaurant is a typical place, a little old but very nice. The meat and fish are delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend it, we will definitely return.

Having arrived by chance, the intended destination was another, but fully booked. At first glance it seemed like a shic and snobbish place, but a few words were enough with the waiter who immediately made us feel at ease and welcome. Spatico with a ready joke and very prepared. We took a creamed cod from Oscar, worked impeccably with an excellent consistency, not the usual foams that are popular today, or those centrifuged products made by machine, but everything done by hand and as tradition dictates. I continued with a mixed fry with vegetables, about forty very abundant, perhaps slightly dry, but it is a negligible detail. Whoever accompanied me had some paccheri with prawns, so good that he didn't want me to taste them. All accompanied by two glasses of soave, one sparkling and the other still. The price wasn't cheap but it was worth it. The owner is also very easy going, smart and very sharp in her work. It takes very little to make people happy and they succeeded, congratulations. Sono stata in questo locale a cena con mio marito per il suo compleanno e abbiamo fatto un’ottima esperienza a cena! Situato nel cuore del centro storico di Soave, dispone di tavoli all’interno e all’esterno, ma non è grandissimo, quindi è vivamente consigliata la prenotazione. Il menù propone tre portate per tipo (antipasto/primo/secondo) sia di carne che di pesce. Noi abbiamo optato per primo e secondo di pesce, che erano veramente squisiti! Prezzo nella media per l’offerta proposta e per l’ottima qualità dei prodotti. Lo consiglio senz’altro per una serata speciale…
