In a 1500s building in the historic center of the walled city, a nice assortment of traditional Venetian dishes of the highest quality, excellent selection of local wines

The boiled meat was good, but it could have been a little more filling for 25 euros!

We had lunch on Saturday 30th November.....certainly a nice location but the dishes ordered were not that great for what we paid and the staff certainly didn't pay much attention to the guest.

Passing through Soave! We stopped at this restaurant. Bigoli like Amedeo! Extraordinary Mixed boiled meat with Peara' Top! A boiled meat so rarely eaten. Compliments!! Just a note... I recommend better organizing the table service which we noticed was confusing although we must say that despite the full house we were served well and quickly. Thank you, the price is absolutely appropriate

Visit on 2/11/2024 “Exploring the best corners of Italian cuisine, every experience leaves a mark, and the one at Amedeo certainly raised the level of our expectations.” Our visit to the Amedeo restaurant in Soave, which took place on November 2, 2024, turned out to be a pleasant and unexpected discovery. Initially we were directed to a place next door, the Osteria di Via Roma, where unfortunately we were given a welcome that to describe as cold would be an understatement. After several attempts to say hello, we were dismissed with arrogance, receiving a cold "we are fully booked", despite the terrace being completely empty. A disappointing experience, which however brought a positive side: it pushed us towards the Amedeo restaurant. From the first impact, the courtesy and professionalism of the staff brightened our lunch. The owner, with her sincere smile and innate friendliness, made us feel immediately welcomed, demonstrating the art of hospitality that seems increasingly rare. The menu, carefully curated and full of authentic flavours, delighted us with dishes prepared with attention to detail and quality ingredients, which reflect the culinary tradition of Soave and its surroundings. The prices were fair and up to the quality offered, an aspect that certainly enhances the overall experience. We would have liked to have had more time to explore the dessert selection too, but our plan called for an immediate departure for a moment of relaxation at the spa. However, we were left wanting to return to complete the gastronomic journey. Until the next discovery, always looking for the best.

Excellent cuisine, very pleasant environment, a truly beautiful experience in the center of Soave. The Amedeo bigoli and the classic boiled meat trolley are highly recommended. Everything really top!

Family evening in a very beautiful and particular place...excellent food, even if the starters were too expensive for the price...on the contrary the spaghetti was adequate in quantity.... All the staff were friendly and the evening passed pleasantly. I definitely recommend it... I add a photo of the receipt for price evaluation....precise: for a sweet item €8 means 2 large glasses; valpollicella obviously means a glass....abundant.

Eravamo 4 amici in Trattoria... Amedeo a Soave, Spettacolo... mangiato veramente bene sia carne che pesce... ottimo il servizio e tutto perfetto...

Sono stata in questo locale a cena con mio marito per il suo compleanno e abbiamo fatto un’ottima esperienza a cena! Situato nel cuore del centro storico di Soave, dispone di tavoli all’interno e all’esterno, ma non è grandissimo, quindi è vivamente consigliata la prenotazione. Il menù propone tre portate per tipo (antipasto/primo/secondo) sia di carne che di pesce. Noi abbiamo optato per primo e secondo di pesce, che erano veramente squisiti! Prezzo nella media per l’offerta proposta e per l’ottima qualità dei prodotti. Lo consiglio senz’altro per una serata speciale…
