Traditional style restaurant, with a cozy atmosphere and correct service. As for the cuisine, the dishes met what is expected of a classic trattoria. The tortellini in brodo, although representative of the local cuisine, did not stand out. On the other hand, the tortelloni a la panna and the tagliatelle al ragù were very successful. The parmigiana turned out to be one of the strong points of the meal. A good option to get to know the traditional cuisine of Bologna.

We chose Trattoria Anna Maria for a pleasant and delicious dinner in Bologna and were very pleased. We especially tried the Tagliatelle al Ragù. We tried ragù in different places in Bologna, but Anna Maria's was our favorite in terms of both taste and consistency. The Tiramisu we tried at the end of the meal was also really successful, light and delicious. The environment was very authentic and friendly. It is a place we can definitely recommend to taste traditional Bologna cuisine in a nice atmosphere.

It was a wonderful discovery, the food was excellent, the first courses were plentiful, as were the second courses... the tiramisu was delicious 😋 very friendly and kind service.. a special thanks to the brunette girl who served us, she paid attention to my fur baby and immediately brought some water... thanks to all the staff... I highly recommend it

I had a great lunch here. I came alone without reservation and they seated me within 10 minutes, even though it was quite busy. I ordered a primi, secondi and had some wine and coffee, so i ate a lot and ate good. It was “only” around 40eu, but I ordered a lot. The food, atmosphere, and service were great.

Trip to Bologna, and reservation with Anna Maria. The place is very beautiful and scenic, with many photos on the walls of actors and singers. First courses, Emilian. Tagliatelle with meat sauce, green lasagne with meat sauce, and other local dishes. Good. Excellent service 👌

Siempre ocupados, vivimos el aspecto de este lugar y solo logramos comer aquí en nuestra última noche de una semana de estancia.
Decoración muy tradicional (fotos de huéspedes famosos, etc.) y servicio por los propietarios ancianos y camareras jóvenes.
Preciosos platos tradicionales. La pasta era excelente. Vino por la jarra a un precio razonable. Ambiente muy agradable.
