Trattoria in the center of Bologna. We ordered tortellini in broth and with meat sauce. I must say that the edge seemed abundantly salty to me (even if it is normal to do so in other trattorias), as was the case with the starter potatoes. The welcome was not the best: we entered without a reservation but before checking the available seats (and there were) we were told that there was no room. Despite this inconvenience, I will happily return in the near future! Much appreciated cuisine

Trattoria storica a bologna, arredo vintage, servizio gentile e abituato a gestire gruppi numerosi. Ma la cosa più importante è che si mangia bene spendendo poco. Piatti semplici, nessun fronzolo moderno, nessun impiattamento particolare, solo sostanza ad un prezzo abbordabile. Ormai una rarità.

Simple place, like a typical trattoria, with a friendly welcome. Everything we ate was excellent: pumpkin and broad bean soup, beef fillet, potatoes and roasted onions. Honest account

A special place; Excellent quality and plentiful food at a fair price. The enormous Bolognese cutlet will remain one of my best and most beautiful memories of this year. The attentive, kind and trained waiters are a gem. Highly recommended. If on the weekend I recommend booking.

Trattoria Dai Birichini

19/11/2024: Old style tavern in Piazza Malpighi. The place is not very big so booking is necessary. We were welcomed with courtesy, we ate well without biblical expectations. Typical dishes of the Bolognese tradition, really tasty and well prepared. We opted for several off-menu dishes of the day and were thrilled. Advised
15/11/2024: Nice place and very good food, friendly and very polite service. Just a little wait between the first and the second. Average quality/price ratio. I recommend it.

Trattoria di Via Serra

19/11/2024: Esperienza straordinaria. Posto semplice, cucina semplice all'apparenza, sapori nitidi. Tutto fatto con estrema cura e ricercatezza, servito allo stesso tempo con semplicità e professionalità. Ambiente accogliente, caldo dove il Gusto delle pietanze fa da padrone. I tortellini sono un capolavoro, il brodo eccezionale. Un posto che vale il viaggio :-) Grazie
08/11/2024: Uno spettacolo, trovata a caso seguendo via micheline, siamonrimasti davvero soddisfatti, una garanzia, consiglio vivamente. Prenotate prima perche' e' sempre pieno.
