We had a good time as always, we came back today after two years and everything was great as always. Very good food, excellent service and very honest prices. Highly recommended if you are in Rome and want to eat well, typical and homemade

The food is delicious and at a very very good price considering the area. The service was also excellent, the waiters were very nice. If what you are looking for are typical Roman foods, you can find them here and they are homemade. If I had to criticize, I would say that the quantity-price ratio of the desserts is not that good, but they are still very good.

Il proprietario potrebbe risultare anche simpatico se non fosse che è ben consapevole della posizione strategica e privilegiata del suo locale e può permettersi anche qualche errore, tanto i clienti non mancheranno. Peccato. Pranzo e prezzo nella norma, visto il posto centralissimo.

Ci siamo imbattuti del tutto casualmente in questo bel ristorantino un po' retrò, praticamente sotto l'Altare della Patria. Abbiamo mangiato una buonissima carbonara e una squisita coda alla vaccinara, piatto fuori menù consigliatoci dal proprietario che ci ha accolti con la tipica e piacevole cordialità romana. Piatti tipici, abbondanti e a prezzi onestissimi: cose non scontate per un locale in una posizione così centrale e turistica. Torneremo volentieri!

12/04/2025: Excellent food! We ordered starters, pasta, salad and desserts. They offered two greetings from the house: aperol and limoncello. Serving was very good and kind also.
08/04/2025: We’ve been to that restaurant in October on our last night in Rome and may I say it was a very good last note of our holiday. The service was fantastic and you get special treatment even before you enter the restaurant. The staff is very welcoming and tries to accommodate every single guest. We ordered a few bruschettas, lasagne, pizza quatro formaggi and baba au rhum with some wine and non alcoholic drink. We got served very fast and after the dinner we got a free compliment from the restaurant: limoncello shot for those who drink alcohol and some alcohol free sorbet for those who don’t. I will definitely revisit this place once i go to Rome again because the location is great, the people are sincere and the food is scrumptious. Highly recommend!!
