Despite its modest appearance, the restaurant serves excellent, local food. We liked everything. Contact with the owners was hassle-free, to avoid problems there is a booklet with photos of dishes ;)

Definitely our favorite seafood restaurant. A restaurant with an excellent offer of traditional Trieste dishes, excellent quality and also excellent prices, all in a family atmosphere, where you can eat calmly in the centre. A place to discover, both from Trieste and beyond. Fixed destination for me and my wife and for my parents.
Not only are the table service staff extremely pampered, as they say in Trieste! Always kind, we always have a chat both at the restaurant and even if we meet in the city! Highly recommended!

Perhaps the welcome may seem rough, but the service certainly is not. Perhaps the pasta with clams was a minute too far for those who like it more al dente, but the mixed fried fish was exceptional with 10/1 for the calamari, but in the end the atmosphere of a restaurant is created by the diners. So if the food is good and the company pleasant, Trieste with a Bora day does the rest, who better than us.....😎

A place in the center of Trieste, two from the sea, with a quiet environment.
Everything was delicious except the octopus appetizer with potatoes which we evaluated and thought was frozen.
However, in addition to this detail, the dishes we ate did not have bad or modified flavors and the service was a little slow but pleasant. We recommend it.

erano molti anni che non tornavamo in questo locale ma non è stato proprio un grande successo. Anche se il locale è stato rinnovato l'antipasto di pesce non era molto saporito e il polpo era duretto... il fritto misto non era male e anche la zuppa di pesce non sembrava malvagia, ma le alici impanate erano un po' "stanche" , ottimi i dolci invece...

Meno male che non abbiamo dato peso ad alcune recenti recensioni non troppo entusiaste. Abbiamo mangiato a mezzogiorno dell'ottimo pesce cucinato espresso secondo le tradizioni locali. La cottura è gustosa ed equilibrata. Siamo usciti veramente soddisfatti
