A truly very particular restaurant, outside the usual "concepts"! You don't have a menu, you sit down and the chef does everything! So everything is very fresh and made on the spot!

You can't go wrong with Paolo. Fresh fish cooked with great passion. For me a fixed stop every time I return to Trieste. This time with my son Jacopo, who also appreciated this experience .

If you're lucky enough to get a seat, your evening is saved. There is usually only one menu, but this is the finest. You make yourself comfortable and let yourself be surprised by the culinary delights. You can hardly eat better. The prices are reasonable and completely ok.

Sin menú pero si te gusta el pescado este es el lugar para estar. Antipasti eran 4 entrantes de pescado diferentes, luego pasta casera con gambas y queso ahumado, que era el mejor plato de pasta que mi compañero había comido; un dorado entero - besugo entre nosotros era excelente ; desiertos peatonales, pero el helado de coco era bueno. 4 platos más vino, agua y digestif y pagamos 50€ por cabeza que nos pareció una ganga. Difícil conseguir una mesa, ya que solo hay 18 cubiertas y, por supuesto, éramos los únicos no italianos en el restaurante.

You should know that the price is fixed and that what you eat is the complete menu.
