A wonderful restaurant, located in a place with a truly breathtaking view. The interior is cared for in every detail, with decorative hot air balloons that create a magical and unique atmosphere. The food is exquisite, each dish is a true work of art, beautiful to look at and delicious to taste. The staff is kind, attentive and very courteous. An experience that I enthusiastically recommend and that I can't wait to repeat!

I had the pleasure of dining twice at Trattoria alla Ruota in Negrar and as an Umbrian the experience was truly excellent. Wonderful location, tastefully furnished, with a breathtaking view of the vineyards of the hills of the splendid Valpolicella. The service was impeccable: friendly, professional and attentive staff to every need, helping to make the meal even more pleasant. The owner is a kind, thoughtful and well-trained guy who is careful to satisfy the customer's needs. The cellar, cared for with passion, houses a careful selection of high-quality labels. The wine list is wide and varied, with particular attention to Valpolicella wines. The Sommelier's service is attentive and professional, ready to guide guests in choosing the most suitable wine to accompany the dishes offered. Particular attention is given to intolerances, the bread made by them and the homemade tagliatelle are amazing. At the end of the meal, the soufflé with ice cream is what you need to round off the evening. In summary, Trattoria La Ruota stands out not only for the quality of its cuisine, but also for an exceptional wine list. Highly recommended.

Delicious food, great wine chart and modern-classic full renovated location. The view is spectacular. The antipasti are a must as the cakes.

Staff very helpful and attentive to customer requests. Very clean (including bathrooms) and elegant place. Offered, before starting the courses, a piece of focaccia with also a vegetarian variant for those who are.

Abbiamo scelto tra alcuni ristoranti a Negrar ben recensiti e dobbiamo confermare. Ambiente bello, ordinato e con vista notevole. Servizio attento e cortese, con tempi giusti: bravi. Le portate sono state tutte bem presentate e ... buone. Nulla da osservare in negativo. Il prezzo non basso ma rispetta la qualità.

The best culinary experience on the weekend in the Valpolicella area. Some restaurants I've been to in Verona were also far outclassed. Hospitality, professionalism, high-level gastronomic offerings. Fair price. In fact, to tell the truth, if I had to compare the quality-price ratio between Alla Ruota and others I've been to and whose reviews were hyper-positive...well, I think these reviewers haven't tried Alla Ruota yet. Sono stato invitato da amici e ne sono rimasto molto colpito! Location elegante e spaziosa con una splendida vista che permette di godere di un panorama stupendo mentre si pranza!!!! Personale molto cordiale ma professionale che fanno davvero in modo di farti sentire in casa. Materie prime e presentazione dei piatti decisamente ricercati senza però dimenticare la nostra tradizione!!! Decisamente consigliato!!!!
