Locale stupendo, veranda con panorama sulla valpolicella. Abbiamo optato per menù business. Gnocchetti burro salvia e ricotta affumicata e maccheroncini con ragout di vitello. Ottimo. Come secondi vitello tonnato cbt e tartara. Ottimi. Odori, sapori e abbinamenti erano perfetti. Una scelta di vini impressionanti. Unico neo (x il quale non ho dato 5): porzioni leggermente scarse... Ma ci tornerei!!!

Very good food but dishes small in quantity. €12 for a dessert seems excessive to me. The place is splendid and cared for down to the smallest details. The impeccable service.

Very pleasant and well-maintained location both internally and externally. Impeccable service. Very courteous staff and attentive to customer requests. Menu focused on a few dishes for seasonal foods, as befits a 5* restaurant. Very good food. And what can I say? An excellent choice to spend a summer evening with an unforgettable view of Valpolicella.

Elegant location with a view of the Valpolicella vineyards, homemade bread and excellent fresh pasta first courses, the tagliatelle rolled so thin reminded me of the ones my grandmother used to make. For the rest there is room for improvement: interesting starters on paper but not convincing on the palate, soufflé definitely too "eggy". Apart from the two chefs who welcome you with a smile, the rest of the staff is extremely sterile and not very attentive. Also not appreciated was the choice to seat four groups of different people at tables next to each other when the rest of the room was empty (and not booked because it remained that way). Prices in line for the type of venue, excluding desserts which I found decidedly too expensive for the product offered.

To celebrate our wedding we relied on TRATTORIA ALLA RUOTA. The Professionalism, Kindness, Quality, Service, Availability (and so on and so forth) were tangible right from the start! Our initial choice was to stay in the beautiful veranda, but as it was already booked, another room was suggested to us, very spacious and well furnished where we enjoyed the excellent cuisine in total privacy! We took advantage of the entire exclusive space for us and our guests. We are very keen to praise the excellence of the cuisine. Well prepared dishes, in the right quantity and served in perfect timing without tiring diners. The wine that was recommended to us among the various courses was excellent. Right price. A heartfelt thank you for helping to make our special day even more perfect! Thanks to the sisters Odilla and  Renza, Thomas, Stefano and all the staff!
