Trattoria Alla Palma In Verona

A hidden trattoria on Via Legnago, the road that leads from Borgo Roma to Galassia in San Giovanni Lupatoto. The place is small, but the food was excellent. I had the artichoke and pancetta garganelli, followed by a delicious slice of Pluma di Patanegra with cooked seasonal vegetables. The meat was delicious, perfectly cooked, and melted in the mouth. For dessert, the classic tiramisu. Service was quick and courteous, and the prices were moderately high, but the food quality was unimpressive. The only downside was the untidy and unclean entrance. A sign with the name of the trattoria should be posted at the entrance, otherwise customers might have trouble finding the restaurant.

The trattoria is a bit hidden, but the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are attentive and friendly. Excellent dishes, especially the appetizers and first courses; I can't comment on the meat dishes because we were already full. The desserts were good, especially the Niuorchese cheesecake. The wine selection was very good, good quality, as per good Venetian tradition, and I'd say not overly expensive. Next time I'll tell you about the second courses.

The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent, and the meat is truly delicious. I'm sorry that the Florentine steak I ordered was a little overcooked, even though I had requested it rare, which unfortunately compromised the flavor of the meat. (The one in the photo was perfectly cooked.)

I discovered this place through a platform and I must say that I was completely satisfied from the appetizer to the first course but the quality of the meat, from the patanegra to the fillet to the venison, is truly excellent.

Special!!! Better than that. A truly charming atmosphere. The staff is beyond kind, friendly, and hospitable. And now the food: sophisticated but entirely homemade. I found sophistication and homemade food in one place. 5 stars are not enough.

A real favorite in Verona! An excellent discovery from start to finish. Flavorful starters, a perfectly cooked and fragrant prime rib, and an absolutely delicious homemade tiramisu. The dishes are generous, the flavors authentic, and all served in a warm atmosphere with attentive staff. We had a blast! A trattoria just the way we like them, which we recommend without hesitation. Bravo to the whole team! 🇮🇹👏
