Everything was wonderful.

A very nice, cozy trattoria with low prices.
We went for pasta, but I wouldn't recommend it, at least not the ones we ordered: penne ai quattro formaggio. The only exception was that they brought us grated cheese, which I was able to add to the pasta because I couldn't taste any cheese in the preparation. For the other dish, we ordered gnocchi, and they brought penne with Piedmontese sauce, which was acceptable.
What I did notice was that people often ordered the cotoletta and enjoyed it. The dessert was crispy, semi-fried, and a bit too sweet.
The atmosphere and service were very good.

Trattoria alla Colonna, a restaurant frequented by locals, was a great idea. We went without a reservation and were kindly served and given a table. Their specialty is cotoletta, which was delicious and tender. The service was a bit slow due to peak hour. The waiter's kindness was particularly noteworthy, offering suggestions and explaining the menu to us in Spanish. The house wine was very good.

Stavamo cercando un locale tipico in centro e fortunatamente ci siamo imbattuti in questa trattoria, c’è piaciuta così tanto che siamo tornati anche il giorno dopo.
L’atmosfera è tranquilla e accogliente, lo staff gentile, il servizio rapido e i piatti buonissimi; sia quelli della tradizione come il risotto all’amarone sia le loro cotolette!
Le porzioni sono abbondanti e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, torneremmo a Verona solo per mangiare di nuovo il loro stracotto di asino con polenta.
