I was skeptical upon entry, but then I was welcomed into the dining room. Welcoming, clean, and warm! The service was very competent, not intrusive but always ready to listen to requests. The menu was fairly classic, with meat options as well. But they do serve fish. Excellent! Many dishes are off-menu because they're based on fresh fish. For the first time, I heard the suggestion: four-hour-old fish, from this morning or last night! I'll be back with my family.

We finally managed to have dinner at Casetta de Mama (since everyone had raved about it). The place is super welcoming. The owners and staff were all really kind and helpful ❤️ The dishes were truly excellent!! The Calabrian mandarins they offered us at the end of the meal were also delicious 😌. We highly recommend trying it ❤️ We'll definitely be back 🙂

I was surprised by this place, the food was excellent, the fish was very fresh, and the staff explained the dishes beautifully. I was very impressed and will definitely return.

The food is good, with a few small mistakes but overall it is pleasant and has a touch of innovation.

I've passed it hundreds of times, and it always seemed like a typical trattoria. Last night, however, I decided to try it, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The dishes are delicious and plentiful, made with top-quality ingredients; the special menu featuring the catch of the day is definitely interesting. The service is attentive, and all the staff, including the owner, are knowledgeable and know how to offer good advice. The outdoor seating, enclosed by a modern pergola, is beautifully styled. It's an experience I'll definitely repeat to try other dishes.

This was my second visit to this small seafood restaurant, which serves food outside, sheltered from the air, with the sun's rays warming the diners. Today, I preferred the inside. We ordered a mixed appetizer of sardines in saor, calamari, and creamed cod; I must say, the calamari were very good, very fresh. Then, today, the lady—I imagine the owner—offered us calamarata with porcini mushrooms and prawns. I must say, it was delicious, very good. The pasta was excellent, staying al dente. Then, with an excellent sauce released by the mushrooms and prawns, I mopped up the sauce with bread, not only me but my friends as well. Then, a good dessert, a strudel. The wine list is good, and I must say that this little restaurant isn't for the fussy eater, but the food is excellent for those who love simple, natural, yet high-quality cuisine. My compliments go to the owners, I imagine they're a family. The managers are very kind and courteous, always ready to ask if we liked it. Highly recommended, I will return to try other dishes.
