We ate here, with "natural" flavors, meaning little contaminated by the chef's expert hands. Tagliolini with spider crab (is that how you spell it?) was delicious, with a sea of ​​soft, super-flavorful meat. Gnocchi with shrimp and scampi, and a rich sauce for mopping up the bread, were divine. Fried calamari and breaded Sardinian pasta were not at all greasy, very light and tasty. And the Mont Blanc was also very good. All accompanied by a crisp house white, Glera (the grape used to make Prosecco, so let's say a very good relative)! For us, it's become a Trieste staple.
