I no issues with the rooms. They were cozy and very homelike. Bathroom was a standard European bathroom with a design that was more modernized. The temperature gauge for some reason doesn’t go below 21 degrees Celsius so sometimes we would have to crack open a window. The breakfast here was standard and not over the top and was just enough. Other than that the overall stay was good, although there weren’t anything standing out.

Here's my experience:
We went on December 31st and in the evening (for New Year's Eve).
The receptionist was very nice and competent.
Breakfast was until 10:00 a.m. We weren't able to have it, but they still made us a cappuccino after that time.
The building is very large, the room was large, clean, and cozy.
Excellent location, right in the center of Desenzano.
We paid €255 and booked through booking.com.

I had a very good time, the room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and the food was also very good. I also appreciated the light music in the background, which was very relaxing, and the small details in the place that made it even more pleasant. I recommend it to anyone who is in Desenzano.

A hidden gem in the alleys of Desenzano, with an excellent location next to the main square and the small marina. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Nicole was excellent, always kind and helpful. The breakfast was satisfactory, while the restaurant on site looked interesting, although we did not try it.
Overall, a very good choice for accommodation in the city center.

Very clean and welcoming hotel, just steps from the lake. Very friendly staff. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the rich and delicious breakfast. We'll be back, thanks to Trattoria Alessi.

We went there on a Sunday for lunch. It's a super cozy place in the historic center, with several small rooms and a stunning heated covered courtyard, full of plants and lights, and a wonderful atmosphere. The food was delicious. We were celebrating a birthday, and they brought us streamers and funny hats with fabric candles.

Hotel with a very central location in the heart of Desenzano, a stone's throw from the ferry service and all the restaurants and nightlife. The staff was kind and welcoming, and I found the rooms very clean.
