A must-see every year. Excellent quality, and good wine, a given. Unfortunately, the price increase has hit here too compared to last year, but it's a problem that has affected the entire Maremma region. See you next year!

The atmosphere is very refined, with a warm and friendly welcome that makes you feel right at home. The food is truly excellent, carefully prepared with quality ingredients. A special mention goes to the dessert basket of cream and apples: delicious, although I would have liked a little more cream. Average price.

Location piccola ma curata dove si respira un'atmosfera calda anche grazie ad un personale molto cortese. Le pietanze erano molto buone - soprattutto il piccione e lo stracotto - con una sola eccezione per la crema di ceci e baccala dove quest'ultimo era veramente troppo asciutto e insipido. Bella scoperta.

07/08/2025: We visited this restaurant for the first time last night. There were three of us, and on the advice of the very kind waiter, we ordered an excellent selection of cheeses and an excellent loin to start. Next, we were served a perfectly cooked Irish Angus Grass-Fed, tender yet flavorful. Also, courtesy of the owner, a pleasant surprise was provided for my son: a taste of Wagyu Sendai, truly exquisite and melt-in-the-mouth. The entire staff deserves special mention for their professionalism and kindness. We highly recommend it to anyone in the area.
06/08/2025: Excellent, quiet, and elegant atmosphere, excellent selection of meats, and amazing wood-fired cooking! The staff knows how to recommend both meat and wine. Congratulations!

25/08/2025: On our route through Tuscany, we had to visit Sorano. If you're in this charming town, don't hesitate; the food here is excellent. 10/10 service from Marciela, a delight.
22/08/2025: A restaurant in the center of Sorano, with excellent service and a refined atmosphere. The dishes are well-prepared and carefully presented. Very good value for money.
