As already mentioned, you can only choose between fish, meat, and vegetarian menus. We had fish and meat. The white wine, initially a bit too bitter, paired very well with the dishes. All the dishes were very good, although the pasta was perhaps a bit too old for the Central European palate. But beware: Only for experienced eaters! If you're not hungry, you shouldn't venture into this territory; it would be a shame to miss out on the delicious food. 😉
Conclusion: Not cheap, but molto buono!

the restaurant offers a choice of 3 menus, meat, fish and vegetable; it is not really a tasting menu but 5 dishes based on meat and cold cuts without a well-defined logical thread. Some dishes offer good products, others less so, making the quality-price ratio satisfactory, perhaps I would pay a little more to eat a little better.

Huge portions of average to ok food. Mussels were not fresh and snails were not prepped correctly. Meat meal was all good but far too much to really enjoy without feeling rude leaving half the plate empty. Seemed like of your group all order different meals that you get far too much per person. Good option if you are super hungry
Excellent service and excellent food: high quality raw materials with super combinations! Highly recommended fish menu!! Definitely worth trying again

Restaurant in the center of Garda with an excellent quality-price ratio. Fish menu with refined and delicious dishes, super friendly and attentive staff. The sardines in saor, the fish first courses and the fried fish are excellent.
We will definitely be back!

Pleasant experience in this restaurant which presents an original proposal: a meat, fish or vegetarian menu designed by the chef.
Then you sit down and taste the various dishes on the chosen menu. Nothing a la carte.
In any case, all very good dishes.

Unforgettable experience, both for the service, extremely friendly, helpful, professional, capable of transmitting a profound passion for the culture of good food and the accuracy in the choice of raw materials (many of our own production, such as bread with Sicilian flours of russello, tumminìa and pecciasarchi), to the goodness and richness of the courses included in the fixed price menu formula (fish-based or alternatively meat or vegetarian).
We ate very well and felt welcomed at home, thanks to the owner, the chef and all the service guys for making our lunch so special.
Super recommended, we will definitely return.

Ottimo tutto, qualità servizio e cortesia, devo dire che la nuova gestione mantenendo sempre un filo conduttore con la vecchia, è da approvare al 100%, il Graspo si rivela sempre un'ottima alternativa al solito ristorante, da provare assolutamente. Vi consiglio la prenotazione.

Ci siamo venuti non a caso ma dietro consiglio di un amico al quale devo dire grazie….non è il solito ristorante con menù alla carta e onestamente devo ammettere che la scelta è vincente….nel nostro caso abbiamo deciso per il percorso dí pesce ed oltre all’ottima qualità dei piatti siamo stati coccolati da Ercole.
Lo consiglio vivamente e torneremo di certo!
