The gastronomic journey began with a trio of appetizers that immediately prepared the palate:
Beef Tartare: A preparation of hand-chopped beef, astonishingly fresh and with an enveloping flavor, which enhanced the quality of the raw material with a skillfully balanced seasoning. A true delight for lovers of raw meat.
Homemade Pumpkin Tortelli: Soft as clouds and with a tender, sweet filling, these tortelli are the quintessential tradition, bringing the authentic, comforting flavor of fresh pasta to the table.
