Came here for an early dinner as a group of 5. I’d advise booking as we were lucky to find a table as the restaurant quickly filled up. This is exactly the kind of restaurant I wanted to find in Palermo. Family run, atmospheric and with a good selection of local dishes made with Sicilian ingredients. We ate mostly antipasti and pasta/gnocchi but the quality was excellent. Fresh ingredients and the pasta was well cooked. The Wine (red and white) was served in beautifully chilled glasses. This family run restaurant oozes atmosphere and tradition and we enjoyed the meal very much. Not a lot of English is spoken by the owners but that is fine and adds to the experience in my opinion. Very good value for the quality as well.

Nice family run restaurant on a quiet street but still in the centre. The food is simple and good, nothing extraordinary. I liked the calm atmosphere and attentive service the most.

It was great to be able to eat Sicilian home cooking. There were many local people visiting for family gatherings.

A beautiful restaurant where you will be greeted by friendly people who will do everything to make you feel comfortable and enjoy yourself. Zuppa & Inpapata with cozza is a spectacular antipasto, and the pasta is exactly the kind of primo piato you expect in Italy. Simple, harmoniously designed and impeccably realized. We ordered with sardines and gambori/ tomatoes and almonds. We do not know which one is better and more perfect. The wines are excellent, even by the glass, which is not always the case. Limoncello is excellent. I ended up eating a sorbetto that wasn't normally on the menu, it wasn't difficult for them to make it at that moment and it's the best sorbetto I've ever eaten, and in 35 years of traveling through Italy I've tried a lot. The prices are decent and realistic. Be sure to stop by, you'll enjoy it.

Diciamo che tranne la piccola defaillance di averci detto che mancava un primo un’ora dopo averlo ordinato, tutto è andato bene. Di buona qualità il cibo, alcune portate un po’ striminzite (caciocavallo modello sottiletta), prezzi medio alti, considerando che comunque si mangia con tovaglietta di carta (per il vino si parte da 20 euro, primi dai 12 ai 15). Personale cortese, attesa medio lunga, varietà del menù medio bassa, niente musica di sottofondo.
