A certainty. I confirm my previous review. I returned shortly before Christmas and enjoyed the chef's dishes for four evenings. Given the particularly rough seas during those days, which is always a factor when craving fresh fish, I opted for meat dishes. So, ricotta ravioli with pork sauce (excellent), spaghetti with Sicilian pesto (my favorite, ordered twice), and mezze maniche alla norma. For main courses, traditional pork (lean, tender, and flavorful), black pig sausage (I specifically asked the chef to make it crispy), and rabbit Ragusa-style. For side dishes, I chose spinach, oil, and lemon, and grilled zucchini. On the last evening, at the chef's recommendation, I ordered grilled cuttlefish and was tempted by the chips (with the skin). For dessert, on two evenings, I opted for cassatina and always finished with an excellent passito. On two evenings, the chef's homemade bread was available. Regarding wines, I had the Frappato on two evenings, the Etna red once, and the last time the organic Inzolia. The average price was €65; since I was alone, the wine always determined the price. Thanks to the helpfulness of the people at the adjacent tables, I was able to have pleasant conversations, relying on Google Translate for my poor English.

We had Pasta alla Norma with Pasta Fresca and Ricotta Salata on top – absolutely delicious!! We were there two years ago and the quality is still just as high-end/meraviglioso!! It made our visit to Ragusa truly unforgettable – highly recommended!!

I recently had both lunch and dinner at this restaurant, located just steps from the Ragusa Ibla cathedral, in a beautiful setting. Vincenzo's warm welcome and the attentive yet discreet service from his wife and daughter create an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. The food is top-quality and exquisitely prepared. Super-fresh fish, cave-aged caciocavallo cheese, sweet prickly pears, and a wide variety of dishes based on the availability of fresh, seasonal ingredients. Truly an excellent restaurant!

The photos don't do it justice; all the fish is incredibly fresh and delicious. The menu is superfluous; just trust the chef to choose the catch of the day.
