Last Sunday, we went to Canaletti with a couple of friends. After taking our order, the waiter said irritably, "Unbelievable! 4 of you ordered four different starters. You're clearly in no rush." Not the best start, considering one of us was celiac, so the others rightly wanted to avoid the gluten-free pasta. But even if that were the case, there are ways to communicate. Fortunately, the people who served us afterwards were all very courteous. Excellent cured meats, very good gramigna with sausage, divine mashed potatoes, and the dessert trolley was also good. Disappointed with the cotechino: it was hard as a rock.

Always delicious and traditional, one of the very few still offering trolleys of cured meats, roasts, boiled meats, and desserts. Always a wonderful experience. Expert ladies in the open kitchen complete the experience.
