The thing I take away from Rome is, why is there no Trapizzino in other countries? It's one of the best side snacks ever. It's really tasty. Just get one it's cheap!

Ci siamo fermati al Mercato Centrale di Roma, a fianco alla Stazione Termini, per uno spuntino. Che dire sui trapizzini se non che sono buonissimi? Noi abbiamo assaggiato quello con le polpette al sugo e quello con la lingua in salsa verde. 5 € l'uno.

Last stop on our self guided food tour. We had planned more stops but we were full. Luckily we saved the best for last. We had the meatball trapizzino. Outstanding.

09/06/2024: Dined here alone last night. Food was exceptional. Particularly the sauce cooking - absolutely outstanding. Service was also impeccable with a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. Favourite dishes were the prune ravioli and the tongue with pepper and soy sauce. Cannot wait to come again.
02/06/2024: An exceptional, intimate and warm restaurant. High quality service, careful explanations in French. The 6-course menu was perfect from start to finish. Good sequence of dishes, all very tasty.
