When I pass by Termini I always order a trapizzino but I need to review the behavior towards customers while I was being served. The person preparing the trapizzino was talking to a colleague. The preparation of everything was slowed down by this chat which didn't even stop when my tea-away was delivered. Instead of a thank you and goodbye, they handed me the bag while they continued to chat. All this while the third person dismantles the extractor hood with the food underneath. Cleaning is done when all the food is in the refrigerators, not while the food is being served.

18/02/2026: We were here in the summer of 2024. We were strolling around the square and the waiter invited us into the restaurant, saying that if we didn't like the food, we didn't have to pay. I thought I'd joke about not liking the food, but the carbonara was so delicious that I decided to write a review about it. I've had carbonara elsewhere since, but nowhere was it as delicious as at Clemente alla Maddalena.
15/02/2026: This place was a wonderful surprise! We stumbled upon it while walking to the Trevi Fountain. Since it was a holiday, they were about to close, but the waiter very kindly offered to serve us. We sat down for drinks, and they brought us chips and peanuts. We never felt pressured by any of the staff, and the drinks were excellent! When I return, I'll definitely try the food too. So grateful for the service! The place is truly beautiful, and there was a man playing an instrument in the street—it was very romantic!

02/01/2026: Delicious cookies! The welcome was lovely; the pastry chef took the time to explain everything to us, and since then, we've been enjoying his wide variety of incredibly fresh cookies! The prices are also very reasonable! I highly recommend it!
13/12/2025: A hidden gem in Rome!! We got chocolate tart with orange filling, a variety of biscotti and cherry tart. Everything was balanced, naturally flavourful and tasty. Not overly sweet nor too simple, just perfect! The lady was kind and patient with us. She went the extra mile to warmly congratulate me for my birthday and gave a complimentary birthday candle 🤗
