Tracina In Cesenatico

Thursday evening in late summer. Few customers. We decided to dine inside, despite the outdoor seating near the canal. The place is minimalist, with white walls and a mirror on the wall. Nothing else. In my opinion, the choice of round tables was a poor one, given the long and narrow space. I was practically sitting right up against the wall so as not to obstruct the comings and goings of the waiters along the corridor. Let's move on to the food. Good food. Three out of four dishes were truly excellent. The mashed potatoes (and other dishes) were good, and the octopus salad and potato gnocchi were plentiful. The seafood risotto was not appreciated and served overcooked. It had no fish in it (by the way). Excellent French wine to accompany it. Service was far too friendly and confidential, considering it was our first time there. We'll definitely be back because the dishes are worth it.

A remarkable experience: we weren't looking for the usual lunch on the canal harbor, with a first course, mixed grill, or skewers. Since we were looking for somewhere a little more unique from home, this seemed to best meet our expectations, and so it was: we immediately connected with the wait staff and asked for advice on a culinary journey that began with steamed appetizers, perfectly prepared, and grilled squid, finally baked. These delights melted in our mouths, culminating with the seafood risotto, red wine, peeled fish, well-creamed and intensely flavored, just the way I like it. Suffice it to say that my wife loves rice, while I do a little less so. The "minimum of two people," which they don't apply here when we're a couple, limits us a bit, having to order something else, because, in fact, I'm not a fan of rice... After finishing the dish, I told her, "If all seafood risottos were like this, the minimum of two people wouldn't be a problem, I'd always order it. It was the best I've ever had!" We finished with two homemade desserts, also remarkable, and a coffee. With a water and an excellent Soave Inama, the bill, while not cheap, was completely worth it. As I mentioned to the owner, special mention goes to the young man who served us: kind, polite, and attentive to our well-being. We'll definitely be back.

First you open your eyes, then you eat (or taste) by closing them! Excellent location and service, top-quality food, but the chef/owner makes the difference here! The absolute best in Cesenatico (and beyond)!!!

An excellent experience in every way. The restaurant offers the freshest, highest-quality seafood, an increasingly rare commodity. Each course is prepared with great attention to both flavor and presentation, demonstrating remarkable care in the kitchen. The setting is intimate and cozy: we ate outside, where the atmosphere was particularly pleasant. The service was impeccable: the courteous staff were very attentive to the guests' needs. Best restaurant in Cesenatico! Every time I come here, I'm more and more enthusiastic. The fish is truly amazingly fresh, arriving daily directly from the local market, and you can taste it: from the raw fish to the pasta dishes, everything has an authentic and special flavor. What really makes the difference, however, is the owner: besides being a true professional, he always manages to understand my tastes and propose new dishes that never disappoint! The staff is friendly and immediately puts you at ease, the wine list is extensive and well-chosen, and the atmosphere on Cesenatico's canal harbor is simply magical: dining here is an experience worth the evening alone. For me, it's become a go-to: every time I leave, I want to return soon.

Splendid menu, a truly enchanting location, and excellent service. The raw ham platter is excellent value, and the spaghetti is simply heavenly! Highly recommended, and kudos to the chef, who is also the owner! I'll definitely be back!

Non abbiamo mangiato male, ma neanche benissimo. I primi erano tutti salatissimi. Sapori buoni ma troppo forti. Ristorante all’apparenza ricercato, nella sostanza mediocre. Non mi sento di consigliarlo.
